I have been in toch with there service support! I have been active for like 2 weeks and they helped me out perfectly. Service and product is exccelent. I named my appVAJ for the first time and realaized that it needs to be changed. after contacting the service support within 24 hours my changes where settled. my app is Beatzs Music the name of the company. and they where willing to help me out immidiatly and are very friendly too. We might might soon launche the app store too since we are very pleased with this app. 5STAR +

Took a few goes but we got there!

Won't lie, it was harder than we thought it would be. But pretty happy we stuck at it - we now have our app in the app stores and it's pretty much exactly what we were after. We see some of the other reviews talking about issues with support but we found the support to be really helpful (especially with Apple)! Would recommend for anyone looking for a cheap way to get into the app stores :)

*2nd update** Come to find if it wasnt for this crew by appswiz i would have been lost and frustrated with the apple "hoops" to get my app published. They take you by the hand and lead you through the hellish pandoras box that is apple itunes store. Once you satisfy the many many demands of apple developer agreements the app itself runs as advertised. It is unfortunate but so many people use iphone. YOU HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH APPLE HOOPS in order for these guys in appswiz to get your dreams posted on an app. They do it, they have the patience of GODS and were very forgiving of my awful attitude. All of which is blamed on apple and there parameters but it was easy to take it out on this developer. They sympathized/empathized and then found the solutions needed to satisfy apples demands. The fact they stuck with me to the end with daily email! **update*** I finally got in contact with someone on the other side and have expressed their same resentment with apple. They were helpful and I have changed my star rating. I will change it again when they help me transition all the way through this apple debacle as well^^^^^ Where to start. Not to mention the many tickets i have sent requesting someone on the phone and screen share. Crickets. Mirroring the many reviews that have been stated already. 1Starting with customer service. I would love to instant message or talk with someone. 2. Apple enrollment to become a developer is god awful. Jumping through the hoops to register through government affiliated agencies only to have a website error ON THEIR SIDE where i cant enter a valid email address whilst logged in with the website address used to create the apple ID. 3. after downloading the android version to play around with it, the top bar of the the home page is cut off effectively inhibiting the access to the drop down menu and social media links. 4. the company purports this being an easy and efficient way to design a mobile app for your business. Here i am over a month later and i cant get past the home screen and discover the rest of eveything i have designed. I MAY move up a star if someone would get ahold of me and we can screen share and walk me through the bottle neck. PS the link on how to enroll as an app developer has very few "click here to start" links and misspelling alot. Not very professional with very little revision. How about you develpers create a website and try out the process we have to go through than we can get a little sympathy.

I love it! One question though

Honestly, this is the best thing on the Wix Marketplace thus far. But I would like to make it where if they enter the site on the browser, they will have to download the app to get all of it's features (Like Soundcloud does and a lot of other companies) like logging in and booking appointments. I don't have the money to buy it yet so I am not really able to test its limits yet, but is there a way to hide certain things on my site that can be viewed in the app? If not, not a deal breaker at all, I will still use this app!

I am getting "HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable." when I try to use this app **UPDATE** This problem has been solved and it was only a temporary problem. Their service is absolutely fantastic and would 100% recommend it. This will be my second app (the first with a different company) and I can already tell this process will be much better for me.
