Malfunctioning

No Mobile view version

More than 50% of people login from mobile and my users 80% use mobile. Make sure you post that it's not available on mobile.

Welcome Bar Will Not Delete

I have been trying to delete this not so impressive welcome bar and it will not delete. every time I click on the settings option, the box pops up and it keeps loading and loading and loading and loading.......... just stays white. Can not delete. Please help.

Pretty rubbish

Although advertised as "Free" the only free option is a banner that simply says "Hi Everyone, our store is now open" For all other banners you are required to upgrade to a paid membership.

Rude Welcome

We enjoy many apps on our Wix site, Impressive Welcome Bar, not so much. 1. It did not load 2. We paid for the upgrade yet it did not give us access 3. Their help line was no help at all 4. First thing tomorrow we are calling Wix for a refund - yes I know it is only $2.99 - it is the principle, not the amount

Mobile Friendly?

Let me know if I'm doing something wrong on the install/settings, but I don't see the bar on a phone. Can we expect an update from Light Technologies to ensure this works with mobile visitors? I have a hard time paying for an app that can't be seen by over half my visitors. That's a lot of missed opportunities when it comes to building an email list.

works great on PC but 97% of my users are accesing via mobile

love this app because it's not another annoying popup. Could you make it work on the mobile site as well? Suggest you add other social media like intagram and pinterest to social likes

it doesn't support mobile view

It's not great. It doesn't support mobile view; the changes I made in the settings didn't appear immediately. Old changes were still there and I have to close the editor and reopen again and redo everything.

Great idea, poorly executed!

We bought this app for collecting phonenumber so we can call clients, and we dont even get a email when ever someone have sent us "Feedback". (We are also not able to change the text "feedback" in the feedback field. It seams like we are moving from Wix to a more dynamic platform, this is not professional.

  Hello! Yes, lightbox has a similar functionality with Impressive Welcome Bar. But we are offering a much wider functionality. For example you can configure how often it will be shown to your users. On which site pages. You can ask your visitor a question with two types of answers and get an answer statistics in your dashboard. And much more updates are coming soon. No longer impressive

Making locating the bar at the top of the page a premium feature (rather than the bottom of the page) makes the free version of the app all but useless, certainly for myself, but I'll bet the vast majority of users. Of course I understand reserving *certain* desirable features for the paid version, but removing this particular feature guts the free version of any real value at all. Light Technologies might as well offer just the paid version.
