Does not work with Sliders

I added the Wix Pro Gallery with Sliders on mobile years ago. I came back this month to change them but they disappeared. As it turns out they are not compatible with Stacks a.t.m... Safe to say I will be using another method.

ça ne cesse de planter, les set up sont tout sauf intuitifs, il faut refaire le travail 2 ou 3 fois pour avoir une chance de le faire fonctionner et quand ça fonctionne, c'est le coup du hasard... honte aux développeurs It keeps crashing, the setup is anything but intuitive, you have to redo the whole process two or three times just to have a chance of getting it to work, and when it does work, it’s pure luck... Shame on the developers

No longer a Thumbnail Resize option.

in the old WIX pro gallery there used to be a "Thumbnail Resize" option, that no longer exists and I can't find any information on how to control the size of the images in my custom "strip" gallery. The images are so large they look blurry and don't fit right. I've exported all thumbnails at the same size and they come in different sizes. I've spent all day trying to solve this for a work website and it's frustrating.

Worst product - incredible frustrating ux. No rhyme or reason to what functions work on mobile or desktop. Sometimes functions disappear, sometimes they work. incredibly glitchy. I spent the last hour trying to add a color to a mobile only info bar on a pro gallery slider - I know it exists, but why can't I find it - it's not in any menu no matter what combination of functions I select. Maddening.

Can't properly customize the fonts

Thematically I need the fonts to properly match the site. I can't do that in the descriptions or when I place "text cards" between pieces.

O Wix como um todo não permite a edição de galerria pro para mobile com videos ou imagem diferente para mobile e para desktop. Estou muito insatisfeito com a falta de adaptação para os formatos

Nach einigen Versuchen habe ich es aufgegeben. Die Schriftgröße und - Farbe lässt sich nicht ändern. Im Titel nicht und auch nicht in der Beschreibung.

Estou há 4 horas para tentar que as fotos que publico apareçam com título (o nº das fotos) e não consigo. Isto é uma situação recorrente que me vai fazer tomar uma decisão drástica no final do corrente contrato.

TERRIBLE - No real customizable options

Image customization options are extremely limited and poorly designed. No design customizable options, the layout is not customizable, everything about this is just insanely frustrating to use and infuriating to manipulate. I can't emphasize how horrible this app is. For full screen mode, there is no option to tap outside the window to exit, you must click or tap a tiny "x" which also cannot be editable in design and very hard to view. There is no way to adjust or improve this behavior, which results in a frustrating user experience.

De titels komen niet meer in de mobiele app

Het is jammer dat de mobiele versie niet automatisch alles goed schikt en je ieder onderdeel weer apart moet verschuiven. En bij deze gallery komen de titels niet allemaal meer in de mobiele versie. Heel vervelend.

I challenge all Wix employees to make this gallery scale responsively across breakpoints. As of January 2026, this is not possible. I really hate Wix for wasting so much of my time fighting with this half-baked gallery. Mind blown that Wix thinks this is good enough to put their name on it.

There is a huge blank space under it

I can't remove the blank space that suddenly appeared on my design! The Wix support teams says it's part of the app...

Mobil delen fungerer ikke.

Jeg bruger flere gange gallerier, der viser billederne ved siden af hinanden og med pil til at skubbe, jeg sætter også tekster under billedet. Men mobil funktionen fungerer ikke, der vises blot noget skrammel. Det har virket engang. Jeg har så fundet ud af, at ved at skifte lauout og skifte tilbage så virker det, men når jeg så senere tilføjer nye billeder, er det samme omgang igen.

No "no effect" for scroll animations choice

Cropped images

Can't understand why it's cropped my images in the pro gallery slider. One image is completely turned into a strip. And for hours I haven't been able to find a way to change it back to its original shape or ratio. It shouldn't be this difficult... Also I liked the product slider that displayed my images, however this can only be used with shop. I don't want a shop but I want to use that gallery slider. It's not in the wix pro gallery which also makes no sense to me

Mine keeps stopping randomly

I can't continue to scroll to the right on some of my galleries. Upsetting as I don't know how long this has gone on for.

Cant remove extra images

It is impossible to remove the last empty image from the gallery. things will not line up properly across platforms if you try to force a fix,

Why can't I use the Wix Video Library?

this would be fine except I have to re-upload all my videos that I already uploaded to Wix in order to use a different gallery style. Creates too much work to change the page layout

Read all the tutorials and tips. I have a premium account, clicked all visibility buttons, yet only one of my products will display on the products page. Tried adding a gallery and advanced settings, but there is no category option. Tutorials and help are not great

Sinceramente, que no aparezcan por defecto todas las imagenes o que no me permita que aparezca, por mucho que pueda optimizar hace que esta galería, supuestamente "pro" sea de pacotilla.

Dificil de adicionar imagens, pesado, lento, nao consigo manter as imagens dentro do quadro, esticam e nao ha controle de customizaçao. Pelo visto o dev responsavel nunca usou a galeria, sequer deve ter testado. Refaçam esse item do zero e demitam o dev responsavel.
