      Generally speaking you should be able to change overall image size in the pro gallery Settings pop up >> Layout tab >> Customize Layout button and then scroll down to change size, or density (depending on what layout you have). Sometimes, moving your margins around is the way to change the image sizes. It really depends on what you are going for. Please contact us at progallery@wix.com for personal assistance changing the image sizes, if you have continued trouble with it. Once we help you get the size the way you want, we hope you will consider updating your review :)

   There's no slide bar on the manage media settings screen, can't add links, can't do anything. Incredibly shit app!!! Tried different browsers, same thing. You guys never fail to dissappoint!

      This does not sound right. Is it possible you are zoomed way in on your browser view? Try zooming out with CTRL + - or your browser's zoom out control.    Some of us need vertical aspecting for galleries

   The galleries are so limited now. I have book covers which are vertical. Most of the galleries are not suitable to showing the images in their vertical forms at the correct scale, and the spacing is not customizable. It looks really crappy. :-(

   I know y'all make things needlessly complicated in hopes that people will pay to use your web people, but at what cost? I built a website for a dear customer of mine two years ago and she is extremely frustrated with your bullshit and so am I. She has the premium plan, which is a joke.

    Images disappearing

    While doing the edits, the images disappear out of no where. one minute its there and the next there are no images at all. And it's happening only on a few pages and the other few are working just fine. Facing so much trouble because of this issue.

    UNSTABLE!

    I've been fighting with this application all day! It crashes and gives me error messages each time I refresh and upload media. Bring back the old editor!!!! Your new iteration is extremely unstable! Not good for designers finishing a project on a deadline!

    More like Wix Pro Glitchery

    They made this way too complicated. The basic elements only work half of the time. Thumbnails periodically stop responding to touch or click. Fullscreen mode is also temperamental. When it actually expands, it displays double the arrows/slide navigation which looks terrible. All this app needs is simple left and right arrows with a fullscreen icon displayed on hover and an X to exit fullscreen mode. Aesthetically, it would be nice to have horizontal thumbnails.

    Pathetic Support!!!

    I have contacted Wix support 6 times asking them to help me with my Gallery photos (trouble loading). Finally after continuing to try and contact them (2 weeks) I finally received a call back. I shared my screen and was asked to wait on hold to allow them to investigate the issue. I was told by the young lady on the phone that they were having all kinds of issues because they are trying to implement a Puerto rico call center. Regardless, my paying customers are angry as hell because Wix is unable to provide customer support! I waited on hold for 1.2 hours!!!! Then of course my screen share was canceled and the line went dead. I have several websites with Wix. Guess I will try to find a better web host than this company.

    Displaying Stock images

    Has anyone that has been having this problem over the past few days had it resolved? I opened a ticket as suggested but just got the response that they cannot recreate the problem and indeed now I'm seeing the correct pictures. I'm not willing to trust that this will be stable. It was fine for the past two weeks as we've been testing then all of a sudden today, stock images were being displayed just as I was about to send out an email blast. I re-published and my images showed up for a few minutes then disappeared again. I'm considering pulling my account. I cannot have an unstable website.

    Displaying wrong images. Huge Bug.

    This was working great up until today. My gallery is currently showing completely random images that are not mine, and all of the links are dead. I have submitted a ticket and hope to hear back soon. Will edit this review if the problem is solved.

    PROBLEMA CON SCROLL

    Estoy teniendo problemas con el SCROLL. I can scroll down the gallery but after I click on an image, it enters expand, and after I exit out of the expand, the scroll does not seem to be working when my cursor is on top of the gallery. I can scroll when I move my cursor from on top of the gallery.     Photos Aren't loading on the Live Site

    Just saved and published my site, however the images are not loading in some galleries. Same images as in my last publishing with the older galery, same preview quality (85-90%), however, it shows a huge ugly blank. The new gallery is very nice, and it is nice how the images outside of the scope of screen/scrolling are hidden and blurred, however, it is very important to keep things working.

    Scroll Not Working

    Hello, my website seems to be having a problem with the scroll. I can scroll down the gallery but after I click on an image, it enters expand, and after I exit out of the expand, the scroll does not seem to be working when my cursor is on top of the gallery.     trovo wix molto peggiorato dall'ultima volta che ho modificato il mio sito: le gallerie sono cambiate in peggio, oltre ad essercene di meno quella a scorrimento una volta finite le foto non torna automaticamente alla prima ma resta ferma all'ultima, Le immagini appaiono sempre un po sgranate prima di caricarsi e prima non succedeva, mentre sto modificando una pagina clicco su anteprima per vedere com'è venuta poi torno su editor e mi va in automatico all'home page...questo prima non accadeva...potrei continuare

       It sounds like you are comparing the old wix galleries to the new pro gallery which are different entirely. If you have some of the old galleries on your site that you like, you can copy and paste them onto different pages of your site and simply change your images. If you want to know how to use different features of the pro gallery to achieve a new look, please email progallery@wix.com for assistance.

    No Responsiveness to Mobile

    My gallery is a horizontal scroll, and looks great on Desktop. But when my site is moved to mobile view, there is no ability for me to change this layout at all - looks absolutely horrible on mobile. There needs to be an ability to change the layout or at least allow for it to shift. Terrible.

    As with majority of WIX apps - full of bugs and cumbersome to use. When adding text to the Gallery Pro the image gallery doesn't update within the WIX editor. In short this app is useless.

    Lost my work

    Everything worked fine until I tried to replace one of my videos. For some reason... not only was the whole post (title, text, link) deleted, but another post I didn't even touch was deleted as well. I tried to reupload them, but videos won't appear (there's that image that basically says "no video found"). Now I can't publish anything, because the published version of my website is my last "save" for these posts.

In any case, you can always go to the last saved version of your site that had the details you wanted.     Wix Pro Gallery

    Wix Pro Gallery работает только с квадратным размером медиа. Если в слайдшоу выбрать формат отличный от квадрата - 4 на 3 или 16 на 9 - то либо будет лишняя рамка под изображением или видио. Либо изображение будет обрезано снизу а вместо него фон сайта. И это никак не изменить.

    Pésima Galería no funciona

    Wix a bajado su calidad enormemente, cambio las galerías de cinta a otro prototipo que no funcionan bien. Aparecen flechas, no avanzan. No sé que pasa con los editores, la plataforma está colapsando. No es lo que era antes, pésimos ingenieros informáticos

       It sounds like the gallery may simply not have the features you are looking for, but is functioning as it is expected to. What we can do is add your request for an automatically rotating gallery to our feature request list and when it happens, we hope you will update your review :)

       The pro gallery never offered auto play as a feature, but we will add your request to our feature request list and it will quite possibly become a feature soon :) Please let us know about any and all glitches at progallery@wix.com so we can help you resolve them as quickly as possible. There are still some old galleries which offer auto play functionality. Please also email us if you would like help setting that up. Once the gallery meets your needs, we hope you will consider updating your review.

       You can simply click on your gallery and click delete or right click and select delete from the pop up menu. If that is the only issue you had, please consider updating your review. :)

    Not mobile friendly :(

    I cannot for the love of my life, get the gallery to work on mobile. There are no navigation buttons when you pick a picture (which there shouldn't be either) but one cannot swipe, to get to the next picture?? how is this supposed to work???? /Charmaine

       Hello, you should be able to swipe images in expand mode. Please email progallery@wix.com with a link to your site and let us know what browser, OS and device you are using when this issue happens. Also, please let us know what you mean by "There are no navigation buttons when you pick a picture (which there shouldn't be either)" if its not just about arrows that would need to be there if you cannot swipe.

    O gerenciador de galeria perdeu funcionalidades

    Não sei se perdi alguma atualização mas acontece que as galerias de fotos de um site que eu construi há mais de um ano atrás no wix tinha melhores recursos de gerenciamento. Agora na galeria de fotos em slides não consigo mais fazer com que as fotos rolem automaticamente. Como se faz isso ?

    Gallery now defaults to using Pro Gallery

    I was forced to use this because now when I choose a gallery from the wix editor it defaults to using Wix Pro Gallery and there are features that I need from the old one that aren't available in Pro Gallery such as slider autoplay on loading, etc. How to revert to old gallery options??? Why fix something that's not broken. If I needed Pro Gallery, I would have installed!

       Hello, the old slider galleries are still available, but you just need to scroll down the ADD >> Gallery menu to get them. If this was the issue, please consider updating your review.
