Doesn't Work As Expected

I've used this gallery a couple of times and I feel like you can't customize as much as you'd like, and it isn't always responsive to the changes you make.

So buggy, title and description always disappear

The most frustrating app. Even though title and description are checked, it is not visible on my gallery (yes, the font colours do contrast with the background). Do NOT use "undo" with the gallery" as you will lose an hour's worth of changes at a time. There are so many bugs in this from not resizing the text to not updating whether you choose fixed or cropped for images. The gallery will spontaneously lose all the custom colours you entered and bounce you back to the ugly electric blue button periodically too. Very frustrating.

I really enjoy Wix Pro Gallery, however...

Something has changed recently where you can no longer "click off" the expanded image without manually hitting a back arrow or X button. In the past, you could click an image in the slider gallery, it would expand the image, and you could click anywhere and it would close out the expanded image. Now, this doesnt happen. On second click, for some reason the image moves, nothing happens other than opening the same image twice, having to manually back out of 2 images now instead of 1. Very annoying. I wish it worked like it used to.

It's okay

It gets the job done, but the most annoying part is the images won't populate in the order you put them in the managed area if you choose masonry or another layout. I want them to be in the order I put them in, not have them be randomized by the image layout choice.

Screenshot icon over videos impossible to remove

Videos automatically have a screenshot icon on top of them, while not playing, that is apparently impossible to remove.

Impossible to achieve full section sized slides

Needs more flexability

Needs an option to adjust the position of everything in the gallery. Images and videos should be able to be moved freely within the gallery and have their position saved. So even if you swipe up, down, or to the left and right, every image will be in its correctly adjusted spot. Same for the arrows on the sides, the position should be movable.

like this would be a no brainer - how can this not be implemented in 2025?!

Mobile version is not working

The mobile version is not working well, some pictures do not appears, like the pictures are broken or damaged, the true is, the pictures in the desktop version works fine.

É muito difícil ajustar a galeria mobile, ajusto tudo no desktop, quando chego no mobile, tento ajustar tamanho de fontes e não se move, tento subir o texto um pouco e a única coisa que funciona é o texto mover um pouco para esquerda ou direita, devia ter mais formar de configurar a galeria modele ou pelo menos ajustar automaticamente quando se configura no desktop

Glitchy slideshow and thumbnails

If you want to use the "Thumbnails" or "Slide show" layout which lets you switch between pictures with navigation arrows, there's odd behaviors that make users think our pictures are broken. 1) If you navigate through the pictures on "Slide show" by clicking the arrows, it will often suddenly show half of the last image and get totally stuck. 2) Every time you click the nav arrows, a very slow slide animation plays. No way to get rid of it. Makes it painful to flip through any gallery with more than 2 pictures. 3) The auto-scroll that the list of thumbnails does is inconsistent, unintuitive, and makes users think some images disappeared. 4) Swiping through pictures on mobile causes images to be skipped if you don't swipe slowly. I appreciate the easy integration, but that's about it.

the way text appears on images is unpredictable. I can;t understand whether and which desktop settings affect mobile versions. A nightmare to work with.

Galley still doses not rotate photos

After reading though all the support text provides by wix and 3rd parties this pro galley will not rotate photos and half of the help topics do not match the current version of wix.

Per un' artista, la gallery non ha troppe funzioni, non posso migliorare la modalità espandi. Molto meglio e assolutamente dunzionale per un artista,l'app ALBU,M FOTOGRAFICI. perchè l'avete tolto?

Text is a Disaster

The Title, Description, and Link look terrible. They go completely out of place in all browsers and in desktop and mobile modes. Too far off set from the images, Link font way way way too small. Text actually shouldn't be offered if there is going to be absolutely no care or concern in how it shows for users.

Doesn't appear on published website

The gallery is not stable. It appears on the published website once every now and then. It's not a Pro Gallery. I don't recommend until they've done some work on it!

Bonjour, De nombreuses mises à jour ont été faite sur les galeries, cela est une bonne chose, cependant il y a plusieurs soucis techniques : - Impossibilité de retirer le bouton "load more" sans supprimer la galerie et la refaire. - Double bouton load more. - Soucis de mise à jour dans les traductions des galeries, lorsqu'il y a plusieurs langues. De plus, dans le tableau, les images restent en memoire alors qu'elles ont été supprimées des galeries. Proposition d'amélioration : - Ajouter des galeries avec des mots clés pour trier le contenu.

This new update is terrible I can make individual albums for clients. they need to bring back the old album sharing methods or add them to wix gallery

No Slideshow Settings is a Miss

Losing this from the previous wix editor takes a lot of value out of this feature.

Es fehlt beispielsweise: - Unterstützung für alternative Bilder bei Mehrsprachigkeit - die wenigen Übergangseffekte sind nicht anpassbar (z.B. Timing) - ein Übergangseffekt für ALLE Bilder, keine Variationen möglich - nur wenige Möglichkeiten zur Designanpassung, z.B. Navigationspfeile: Position, Größe, Schatten, bitte auch je Breakpoint - etc.

カタカナ文字ばっかで進まない！日本語書けよ

wixの説明は先進のカタカナ英語ができない人は無理だから...終わっていいよ..と言わんばかり...ww。外人たちが作れば外人視点･･･、若い人が作れば若い人視点･･･その二つが重なってwix･･･。やっぱり日本人の気持ちがわかってないな。平成以前の人にはついていけないwix･･。wix辞めるわ...ww

frustrating

I have a number of pro galleries but I can't get the titles to show on some of them. Despite having the same settings the titles show on some and not others

이미지 간격 엉망

이미지 간격을 일정하게 맞추고 싶어도 시스템에서 자체적으로 간격을 맞춰버림. 그런데 이미지 사이사이 간격이 다다름. 개별 설정을 하고 싶어도 그런 기능이 도저히 보이지 않음

Grösse der Bilder anpassen ist schwer zu finden!

Finde einfach nicht wie ich die Grösse der Bilder anpassen kann, manchmal sind diese klein dann wieder gross!!!
