   I hate this shit

   Why is it that i can only have one damn effect on hover i don't need to play a video i just want it to zoom in and un-blur the damn picture simultaneously. Also... WHY THE FUCK CANT I CONTROL HOW FAR IT ZOOMS IN??!!!!

   Al cerrar el Expand Mode vuelve al top de la pagina

   Cada vez que el usuario cierra el Modo Expandible la pagina aparece en el top y se debe hacer scroll down para volver al sitio donde estaba. Es molesto para la navegacion y la experiencia del usuario. Espero lo mejoren pronto

    So much blank space under the slideshow

    There's so much blank space under the slide show. I was expecting an option to get rid of the like and share buttons, thus ridding the extra space but there is only an option to change could. The buttons are okay but there's literally a inch or more of blank white space under them and the slideshow. I am using this reply more as a support ticket than a review. Is there a better way to reach support or is this it? Anther thing I'm having a problem with the FaceBook feed button. It's simply invisible and does not work even after connecting a valid page. Thanks

    Great on desktop not on mobile

    The pro gallery is great on desktop but when you click on the thumbnails on mobile it jumps to another part of the screen rather than sliding to the selected photo. Its such a shame, I hope this bug can be fixed asap!

    Small Glitches

    I've been experiencing some glitches with the Wix Pro Gallery. I'm using a full width banner style gallery on my site and at times when I enter in to the editor the banner will automatically stretch itself out of the proportion in which I had edited it to. Also, When I go to preview my site the banner is not autoplaying. The media isn't changing from picture to picture at all.

    Would like more options

    I'd like to have the images move through a slideshow type presentation. Would like the description to show up ALL the time, not just when hovering. Many of the WIX galleries lack enough options.

    Only able to add individual albums on page

    This app has potential for other uses. The album layouts are great, however the creators of this app built it thinking that the user would add only one album on a page and enlarge it. However, what I want to do is put multiple albums on ONE page by simply dragging the app into the site. From there, it would let me add albums through the "Settings" button rather than individually copying and pasting each small app next to it. Then, when clicking each album it would open in the expand mode (on the same page). I know the Wix Photo Albums lets you have multiple albums on one page but they built it for photographers that have clients, and when those albums are clicked they go to a whole different site. Finally, individual titles for each album that would show under or above each album would be very nice. I currently have to place text under the album and group the two elements together. The text moves every now and then when the Wix team updates the app and is really annoying. I may of written a confusing review, but I really want the team to look into this. If you're considering adding this feature, then please reply to this comment. I'll shoot you an email ASAP with more in-depth details.

    Not functioning right

    It`s not possible to edit the Arrows further out from the gallery and the Arrows are not working properly (I have to point outside of the Picture to get the Arrows to work). Also the gallert is generally not working right. Sometimes you an click on the icons to show the bigger Pictures and sometimes you can`t. It`s really annoing, since I`m an artist at training and it costs me a lot to pay for a website like this. Basic stuff like a gallery should not have this many problems

    Wix pro gallery

    looks great on desktop but alters image size from 3:2 to 1:1 on mobile.. and as around 65% of my website views are on mobile, then its not good is it WIX !

    Less Control then I would like

    I don't have enough control of each page! I wish I could make the pro gallery different on the mobile verison and the desktop verison the slideshow does not work well on a phone but is beautiful on a desktop

    Missing the mark

    I am very disappointed in the user interface and the ability to customize the content eg: resize photos crop within galleries move the focus of a photo to more than just 3 choices of position things like that. When I found out these limitations about 20 days after I signed up I promptly asked for a refund, because the site was obviously geared toward people with more simplistic less discerning aesthetic tastes. Unfortunately, WIX denied my request for a refund as 14 days had already gone by. Apparently they would rather have an unhappy customer who would never recommend their service than to have a happy former customer who appreciates their business model and would recommend their service to others depending on their needs. I will not be renewing.

    Slider layout of the wix pro gallery in not very responsive in ios devices

    The wix pro gallery is very good but the slider layout is not as responsive in ios as compared to android. It lags after multiple scrolls and it take 3 to 4 slide to scroll whole gallery but in android if you slide one time very fast it scroll whole gallery. I have tried 7 different phone android and iphone but in the iphone it scroll very unresponsive.

    i love this but...

    i've been using these galleries on my sites as a web designer since i use wix. today for the first time i needed to have the carousell in autoplay. so i eneabled that feature... but for some reason i cant make it work

       Hello and thanks for contacting us. The autoplay tool is actually for the videos and is not related to the slideshow layout. We do not currently have an automatically rotating slideshow in the pro gallery. If you MUST have one, you may want to use a regular wix gallery. However, we will add the request for this feature to our feature request list for you right away.

    Nice app but full of bugs

    I turned off "Load More" but it's kept turning on back on by itself. Titles are not appearing in full. Font is cut off. Description is not appearing where I want it to be. It's quite frustrating

    Glitchy

    Its incredibly glitchy I cant even scroll down to edit or view some of the pictures in the gallery. Sometimes it live previews your site as you make changes which is great but other times it does not. If you move the photo arrange window out of the way to view your site you risk losing it and since it is still technically open you can not push any other buttons; you then have to reload the page and lose any unsaved work. This could be a lot better and works more like a test model than a finished product.

    Issues with Pro Gallery

    I am a Website Designer and have implemented the Wix Pro Gallery onto quite a few sites that I have designed. I have had my clients call me and tell me that their galleries are not working and when I go into their account to see what is going on, the gallery has a message that Wix Pro Gallery is having issues and to check back in later. This was going on all day and then the entire gallery lost all the pictures and I had to re-enter all of the pics with Titles and descriptions, add the video's, etc.... I love the look and ability to use both pics and video.

    Not working

    Trying to create an album and I upload images and it takes forever to create album. I have waited for hours to get it to finish making album and I just give up and click out because it does not seem to be doing anything. I've even tried just uploading one image to see if that helps and still nothing. I would love this to work because its exactly what I need. would be grateful if Wix could help me, thank you

       Is it possible that your images are over 15mb each? If so, they will never upload because that is over the size limit for an individual pro gallery image. If this is not the case, please email us at progallery@wix.com and we will help you sort it out.

    Full Screen?

    I love that Wix has a high quality gallery option, but I want to show my full photograph! Whats the point of having a high quality image gallery if my photos get cropped? There needs to be a "fit" option!

       Hello, we do offer fit options on many of the layouts in pro gallery. You should try a few and see if they suit your needs. Also, on the cropped layouts you can still choose the focal point of the photo via the Media Manager so that your displaying the most important part of the photograph, even if it is cropped.     Thumbnail size not adjustable

    The thumbnail size should be adjustable not just the spacing between the thumbnails and it should be independent of the gallery size.

       Hello, you can change the button text under your Settings pop up, in the Design tab, under Buttons & Icons, where it says Button Text. If you need help finding it, please email progallery@wix.com. If that was the only issue, please consider updating your review :) Thanks!

    Mobile

    the mobile version does not support the text over the images, this way you can not use to display links.

       Not to fear! There will soon be an option to show titles without hover and this will be the solution for your mobile woes! Of course, you should still be able to click through your mobile images to get to the info right now.     THUMBNAIL WIXP PRO GALLERY

    The images in the thumbnail layout for wix pro gallery doesn't resize automatically. but the normal thumbnail gallery does how ever the normal thumbnail has small thumb nails and cannot share or like the images. https://www.estosho.com/art

       Hello and thank you for reporting this issue. It sounds like you may have shut off your mobile friendly button so that you can show the same screen on every device. This is not recommended and makes it harder for your users to view images on your site. It may even be causing the problem you are talking about. However, we would like to look into this more deeply so if you can email progallery@wix.com with a screen shot or two of what you are specifically concerned about, we will help you as best we can.

    Apart from the bugs, quite frankly need text over image, not just on hover, but have to option to always show text.
