Cant used on the mobile version. Won't load on the desktop version. Great idea, if it worked correctly and was ready for mobile...

Shows up on the other pages. But, when opening it, there is no where to type any text... kinda blows actually

It was working then it stopped.

I saw that it disappeared after working for my website. I'll just go without it if it doesn't start working.

La app tiene muchos errores, las ventanas se llegan a duplicar o triplicar, se puede configurar la ubicación de las ventanas pero no se guarda la configuración y aparece en una ubicación diferente, no se puede minimizar en la versión de editor y estorba al trabajar la edición del sitio.

Working, but a bit annoying.

In settings it should be visible only on one page, but it is present on every page in the editor anyways, and it is not possible for me to switch it off on the other pages. Very annoying when you're editing the other pages. Payed for the premium version (which really should be free), but this basic error should really be taken care of.

seems decent. But it starts cropped off until you open it. so all you can read is "messag" not "message us" until you click it open and close it...

Its a pitty this is not working on mobile as most traffic nowadays is from mobile. Also, it would be great to have the possibility to measure leads that used that feature!

Live website keeps linking to lumifish labs, and not to my facebookpage.

Like the title says, on my live published site, it keeps connecting to the facebookpage of LumiFish Labs, and not to my facebookpage.. Very annoying..

I love it, problem is that when I put my page link, it says it's invalid, i've copied and pasted from facebook and tried typing it, keep getting "Invalid Facebook Page Address", I have even changed the page address and not working.

Great App... But...

Quick and easy setup. But since it needs to open the messenger app separately to do an actual chat, it only acts like a "doorbell". For a paid service, maybe no. I'd pay for it if does the actual chat without leaving my website.

The app does not memorize facebook page's address upon setting and directs to default site after the website's been published.

Doesnt seem to have live chat at all. It sends a message via your site and then you have to go to your messenger externally to carry on the live chat. Doesnt appear on mobile version of your website. Please can you refund my $2.50 and cancel my subscription. Thank you

It's sad, cause most my visitors and customers use mobiles to browse my store. Only small percentage of people use desktops. Are you planning to add that feature?

This is not live messenger

Your customers can send messages, but they cannot receive a reply directly in the chat window, the customer has to be signed into messenger via another platform, having also tested this on Chrome, Firefox, IE. It does not load on Firefox browser.

where can I see pricing info beyond "From $2.50". What are the terms, why might it be greater than 2.50, is that monthly etc.

My facebook link comes out as invalid and i add it right. Is not letting me after the / put together the name of the page which is causing the url to not work

Should be free i dont understand why im paying for a redirect box to send me a free message on facebook. You guys are real blood suckers and are not taking into consideration the fact the minimum wage is low AF and costs of start-ups the cost of living, gas, water etc, everything has gone up every single year. I'm offering a service and security and people are having trouble out there with money. Companies need to start paying attention. We're in a bubble. people hurting people.

This is pretty useful and if you have a Wordpress website, you can integrate that same feature for free. It's a third party that created this app, no wonder they want their pocket change smh

One of The Most Perfect App Executions I Have Seen in 5 Years BUT NOT MOBILE FRIENDLY.

This app leaves nothing to complain about for me, it has perfect fine tuning options for color and positioning, just love it. Dinging 2 stars: NOT AVAILABLE IN MOBILE. Sorry, fix it and let me know and I will revise this to an otherwise 5 star review. Else, please provide a workaround and can do the same :) apps and things that are not available on mobile are not going to cut it these days, they are only available to 50% of my visitors at best. I understand this may be a Wix limitation, but I cannot tell them to fix it, you can (not that I have not, I have, they are very mum on these topics and resort to canned and non-explanations all the time). I ding one more star despite its promises, this app also does not come useful for when I needed it the most. For a client of mine who is a small business with 15 or so locations/facebook pages, and wix sub pages per each location, and I wanted to have a separate wix chat for each locations employees to talk to customers through facebook, but that is not possible with this app. It only understands one settings for the entire website.
