    Good app.

    I have this app in Premium and it works well. However, there should be a way, when minimized, the app is simply a small bubble instead of a large rectangular box.

    Love this-but it does not work on mobile

    If I am going to pay for this I want it to work on mobile too. I really like it and it's easy to install, but most of my customers search us using their smart phones and they have no option to chat...

    It's very useful, however it doesn't show up on mobile version. Most of our costumer come from mobile platform. So, please make it available on the mobile version too.

    Good App however no mobile option!

    brilliant app to add to the site, however the lack of it in mobile view really tarnishes it as 80% of customers come through on mobile.

    Application tells me: Invalid Facebook Page address but page is alive and next instructions: Important: Messaging function has to be activated on Facebook. Open your Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/YourPage) > click "Settings" > click "Edit" near "Messages" > select checkbox allowing people to contact your Page privately. is done. Why not working? thx

    No Notifications

    Hi, cool app. I see the messages, but it doesn't go so far as to notify me on my status bar or make any kind of audible prompt on either device when I get a message. Private messages are enabled.

    Great idea, 5 stars for when it works on mobile sites!

    75% of my traffic is from mobile sources, with the other 25% being desktop and tablet. This app is brilliant at starting a conversation with potential clients but only 25% of my audience can use it.
