    must be me, but I changed facebook address and it keeps saying "invalid facebook address"... Seems I'm not alone. Will find another app.

    Great App... But...

    Quick and easy setup. But since it needs to open the messenger app separately to do an actual chat, it only acts like a "doorbell". For a paid service, maybe no. I'd pay for it if does the actual chat without leaving my website.

      Live Messenger lets site visitors direct message you to your business’s Facebook Page. Connect your business's Facebook Page with Live Messenger app by opening the app settings window in the WIX Editor and adding a link to your business's Facebook Page there.

    Awesome

    Should be free i dont understand why im paying for a redirect box to send me a free message on facebook. You guys are real blood suckers and are not taking into consideration the fact the minimum wage is low AF and costs of start-ups the cost of living, gas, water etc, everything has gone up every single year. I'm offering a service and security and people are having trouble out there with money. Companies need to start paying attention. We're in a bubble. people hurting people.

    Error anoying text and alingment mismatch.

    The texte goes over the box i have a facebook alert message when i post a message saying i post dangerous links and i can complain to facebook. The snapchatt appears but you can't see the box where to fill the text in you just can't leave a messge!!! You have to skrew around and i didn't even get the message. You can't fill the capcha and you can't read the entire eror message. Sucks

    Love The Concept

    I have to say I'm impressed with this app and everything, so far, coming out of Lumifish Labs. Their is only two complainants I have. The first issue I have, Is not being able to have the tab or window where I want it. Which is a small fix but will help Wix users, such as myself, able to customize their website and company the way they want. The next might not be a complaint for say but is also another way to get users to actually use and download this app. For example when I first came across this app in the Wix App Marketplace, I thought this was a phenomenal idea at first, especially with being a small charity myself but then I realized I have to pay a subscription (Which I usually don't complain about it). The issue I guess I'm having with the subscription, Is "Why Do I Have To Pay, For My Page"? Some free advice If you wish to receive and ponder it, is, don't be afraid to throw a couple of freebies to your customers. It will show that you truly want their business. By the way, I love the pop up, for email subscriptions.
