    Customizable Mailchimp Form

    Contact Collection offered me features that the Mailchimp app does not. I'm able to make a beuatiful customizable form that matches the design of my wix site. It's working great so far (and it's been several months of using it now!).

    I love this, perfect integration with Mailchimp

    The app took a couple of minutes to set up, it was very easy. Then I customized everything in the design to fit my website colors and look. Worked great ever since and users are signing up. Great and easy app.

    I am no expert website builder, I was looking for the easiest most simple way to integrate my website with Mailchimp and I found it. This app worked right away and it was even easy to make it look great on my website.

    Wonderfully convenient app with a great support team!

    I have to admit, I had the same problem as some other reviewers: namely, that I was having to add a lot of contacts manually to Mailchimp. I contacted the support team for help and got an answer VERY fast. For anyone wondering, it turns out I had Double Opt-in enabled, which basically adds an extra verification step to the sign-up process that not many contacts were bothering with. So I did what their support team suggested, disabled Double Opt-in, and the problem was solved! I highly recommend this app, not just because of the ease of convenience, but for the fantastic customer service I received.

    What about accessibility?

    Update: I'm changing my review to 5 stars due to the very quick response by their support team. It's a glitch that needs to be addressed by Wix and is not under the control of Contact Collection (or any other widget developer for that matter). Thank you very much for clarifying. I appreciate it. :-) Original message: I'm trying to get it to play nicely with keyboard only navigation (tab through) but the lightbox X (close) becomes a keyboard trap. :-( If there is a fix, I'll make it 5 stars.

    This app is amazingly easy to set up, I haven't figured out how to connect it to my mailchimp however, but it makes signing up for customers super easy and sends me an email with each sign up.

    Works like a charm!!!

    Great App and Fabulous Customer Service

    This is a great little app I had an issue with it because i was using an email address to test it that was already in my MailChimp list; and therefore was not coming through I emailed the guys in their support department and I must say I was really really happy with the customer service they gave me They were friendly, helpful my issue was sorted straight away :)
