    Doesn't add subscriber

    I added this feature to my website but wanted it on my Contact Us page. I couldn't move it. Then I subscribed myself and I did get a confirmation email but my Mailchimp Subscriber list didn't update with my new subscriber info. How does this work exactly if it doesn't add new subscribers in Mailchimp?

      Hi, Thanks for trying Contact Collection. We have a very responsive support team that could have helped you right away. Contact Collection is a widget that can be set to any size and can be moved anywhere just like any other Wix element. Regarding the connection, inside the app you have a button to test the connection to Mailchimp, if there is any problem it will let you know and tell you how to fix it. For example, if you used your own Email address or an email address that was ever in your Mailchimp then Mailchimp won't add it to your list.     Design Customization

    Does not have the same design customizations as Wix forms, which makes sign-up form look cheap and stand out negatively form the rest of the website. Disapointed that such basics are not in place

      Thank you for your feedback. As we later discussed over email, the app is highly customizable and some website owners have created beautifully designed forms with our app. We are always willing to assist with any questions.

    Shoddy and crude

    Very limited design options, some settings are unchangeable, works in weird ways after preview (preserving latest state from preview)... this is bad UX and bad programming. Would not recommend.

      Thank you for your feedback. Most of our app is very customizable and flexible. I wish you emailed our support before writing a review as we would have helped you achieve your desired design. We are constantly improving the app based on feedback and requests we get.

    Not working

    2-star rating is because there is not flexibility and not enough editing options. It is not used friendly between Wix's desktop & mobile apps. Once it's on your site, it's hard to change anything. It does work good on the gathering of the emails and sending me a notification, but there are now issues that I can't fix so I will need to delete the app.

    does not automatically connect with mailchimp. contacts are still going to wix.
