    Hit or miss

    Sometimes it works beautifully and contacts are added seamlessly, then there are also many occasions when I have to add the submission manually as it hasn’t worked, even though I’ve had the submission email.

      Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I wish you emailed our support we would have helped you sort this out right away. We have a very responsive support team. We have thousands of subscribers that go through our system to Mailchimp every day. If a subscriber failed to be sent, it will be retried by the system. Eventually, you will never miss a subscriber and you do not need to add anything manually.     Disconnected from MailChimp

    This app worked great at first, but then disconnected from my site after three weeks and changed the subscriber list without my consent. I missed several subscribers as a result and I am not happy. If this continues I will have to seek another option for website subscriptions.

    Nothing funcy, has limitations

    It is a plugin that works, it does help collecting and organizing contacts to mailchimp. However: It does not allow to open a pop-up window if for example a user wants to click and read a privacy policy before pressing the accept button. You can add a link to the respective checkbox, but it will open the document inside the form. And if the document is a little bigger than the frame, then you don't get any scrollbars. For this reason, the app is OK, because it works, but it is not pro grade. Therefore, 3$ per month, or 36$ per year to do what exactly??

      Hi, thanks you for your feedback. While we do not support every feature, we support all features that similar apps support across all platforms on the web. And everything needed to integrate Wix websites with Mailchimp. On Wix, third party apps live inside an Iframe, so they are a bit limited with what they can offer you outside of that little window. But I am happy to say that by default, when adding a link next to a checkbox and pointing it to a privacy policy page, the browser will open that page in a new tab. Your users will be able to read the privacy policy with ease and on a big screen. We are more than happy to show you how to accomplish that.     EDITED: Contacts NOT added to mailchimp

    Fixed: their support team is responsive. Just wish the FAQs from the form settings worked... Thanks for the help. Need more info on the app in order to avoid confusion when using forms with Mailchimp. I Said: This is the WORST app... paid for premium and the contacts are NOT showing up in my connected mailchimp account.
