Wix Groups

The forum was so much better. Why not give us both options? It is very clumsy and difficult for members to track posts and stay updated with the comments. Invested so much time setting up groups, but my members are miserable. Please bring the forum back. I don't think the group is useless; it can be a space just to share information. It is not good for interactivity. So both the group and forum were worth having, but this group is not good for chatting back and forth at all. Just for sharing info only. Thanks

Groups APP BAD!!!!!

you discontinue the forum and force us to use this crappy groups to replace it. Thanks for nothing... It's been a total pain to move everything over and your people are no help....

Estoy utilizando Wix Groups para desarrollar la sección “Comunidad Cacao 2.0” dentro de mi sitio web educativo y comercial sobre cacao ético. La herramienta ha sido fundamental para crear un espacio de participación activa, donde los usuarios pueden compartir ideas, recetas, testimonios y experiencias. Me ha permitido aplicar los principios de comunicación Web 2.0, fomentando el diálogo, la colaboración y el sentido de pertenencia. La integración con el resto del sitio es fluida, y la posibilidad de personalizar el grupo con imágenes, pestañas y publicaciones lo convierte en un recurso muy valioso para proyectos que buscan construir comunidad con propósito.

Hi, you need to make it so the width of the groups are adjustable so that it's not so narrow on high resolution screens.

Atroce, horrible buggé

Obligé de migrer de wix forum (parfait) vers wix groupes (horrible). L'appli est à peine fonctionnelle et pleine de bugs en administration, flexibilité nulle et interface à peine opérationelle. Les utilisateurs vont fuir. Et nous aussi... Actuellement la suppression de l'appli forum détruit tout les groupes (testé sur un site bis). Lors de l'ajout de membres dans un groupe, le système génère un paquet de mail vers les utilisateurs sans aucun moyen de contrôler ce flux.

Dear Wix Team, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to sincerely express my concern regarding the upcoming removal of Wix Forum by September 2025. As a long-time user and supporter of your platform, I have found Wix Forum to be an essential tool for delivering content in a clean, readable, and professional layout. If given a choice between Wix Forum and Wix Groups, I would undoubtedly choose Wix Forum not only because of the wider and better layout for displaying written content and images, but also due to its formal appearance which is ideal for educational and professional communities. Unfortunately, Wix Groups currently lacks the design flexibility I need particularly, it cannot be added directly to the website menu like Wix Forum, and its narrow content area limits how much I can share effectively with my audience. This makes it unsuitable for my platform, which relies heavily on delivering rich, structured articles to readers. Work on it or do not remove forum.

Groups is so slow & lagging all the time

Group members & even I myself cannot write anything from desktop (included the dashboard editor). I tried to delete all the pictures & some app but it's still very bad experience !

Bundan önceki değerlendirmemde 1 yıldız verip sorunların olduğunu söylemiştim, gerçekten de vardı. Değerlendirmeyi yazdıktan yaklaşık 1 saat sonra wix müşteri hizmetlerinden Oleksandra benimle iletişime geçti ve sorunumun ne olduğunu mail olarak ona yönlendirmemi istedi. Bütün sorunlarımı yazdıktan sonra 1 2 gün içerisinde gelen yanıtla birlikte bütün sorunların çözüldüğünü belirttiler. Wix'e bazen çok sinirlensem de, müşteri hizmetleri konusunda gerçekten de üstlerine tanımıyorum. Buradan Oleksandra'ya çok teşekkür ediyorum.
