   Not happy as to short

   We installed the app as a trial while we build the site... however the trial ran out in a few days and the site is still not close to being ready to go live. I do not think that the trial should end until the site goes live with premium plan. need to show customer and cannot unless you pay.

As I see it you would need to install our plugin when the WIX website is almost ready and you want to showcase it to the client. Our trial is 7 days so you can manage on receiving feedback. Unfortunately, the plugin is not aware of when the website goes publish at the moment.

   Overpriced & Can't Try all Features in Trial

   You offer a free trial to try it but you don't allow access to the store/product widget. How can a user know how it works and if it suits their needs if you can't access and try it? Moreover, too pricey when there are much more affordable and better options out there now.

   "trial" endend.... pay up

   No trial period was specified or mentioned when app was added now they want more money per month to continue. Having the trial app even on a (now) hidden page is popping up on my home page (where it is NOT inserted) when published. Terrible. Will remove as you aren't woth it.

   Betreiber hält sich nicht an Vereinbarung

   Bei Abschluss des Basic-Abos sollten 10 Fotos pro Tour verwendet werden können. Das ist aber nicht so, das sei ein "Tippfehler". Es sind genau so viele wie in der 7-Tage-Testversion.

    I have used this add-on with ok results, but issues showed themselves. Now it says on our business page that ours has expired. Upgrade to continue. That is most embarrassing to have this on a business page especially that it was advertised as free for so long and not to have the cheek to charge after promoting it as free.

    Stymied

    I can create the tour however Im having a hard time uploading my tours to a page. Resizing etc. It takes up half the page. I there a better tutorial. I know it will work I just dont know how.

    Features don't work

    Can't update tour thumbnails, can't save change to 360 starting positions. Preview thumbnail on website is too low resolution and compressed to be suitable when large.

    Works on website but not on blog posts

    I've reached out about this more than once and am getting nowhere. I can only add the tour to a published blog post, not a blog post I am newly creating. It doesn't make sense to publish something first then add the tour. Disappointing.

    The app was working. Now it is not possible to set the Start View.

    I have sent email messages about the problem, which has been verified by Wix Support. The app worked well some weeks ago. Apparently a software change was made in the app, or in Wix, or both. In any case, testing failed to reveal the new problem. The Start View appears to have been set, however only a black box is displayed, and the list of Tours in the Manage Tours display does not display an image of the Tour image. I will update this review when I see a response and a solution to the problem.

    Disappearing photos & watermarking

    I have had nothing but issues with this app. I paid for the full version, and when I uploaded the photos the app added a krpano.com watermark all over everything. On top of this, some of the photos uploaded to the tour completely disappeared in the tours photo preview bar down below, making them unviewable and left a blank space instead which made the tours look even worse. I tried to create new tours, each time with the same issues on different photos. This app is completely broken. Reached out to customer service only to be told they would look into it and I never heard back. Followed up and again no response. Don't waste your money. Since I can't reply directly, in response to the reply from FusionWorks below: I brought this issue to their attention nearly two months ago, I was told that is was an issue with their processing system and they were looking into it. Never heard back after that, despite following up on it. Watermarking on almost every photo is a pretty critical issue.

    Descobrir a Solução

    Descobrir o problema do aplicativo, o Google está bloqueando os Cookies do Aplicativo, ao lado da estrela onde favorita o site vai ter um ícone de um olho com um traço na diagonal. Tem que permitir a exibição dos Cookies para que a visualização do Tour seja possível. E eles não são responsáveis por esse aplicativo. A criadora é a https://krpano.com. Eles só fizeram adaptar para o WIX e vender um produto que nem deles são.

       Hi! Unfortunately, you are somewhat wrong with the second part of your comment. Yes, we are using Krpano, but Krpano is a general-purpose VR tour rendering engine used by many platforms. So there is nothing wrong that we are using it inside our platform as well. Think of it like many FPS games use UnrealEngine and you can't blame them for this. As of first part your comment, could you please contact us at support@viar.live with a screenshot that demonstrates the problem?

    Full 360 website for an art gallery doesn't work anymore

    Hi, I have already sent an email (support@viar.live) for support yesterday and haven't received any solutions. I have an angry customer to deal with and the virtual tours don't work anymore and I will not be able to start from scratch all the virtual tours that have been made in the past, please find a solution soon or even put it as before, it's currently not usable...

    Terrible app.

    Its cheap for a reason. It doesn't save the image names properly, its laggy on mobile, it doesn't have the ability to zoom out. and so much more you cant do.

       Thanks for your feedback! We will check mobile performance. Regarding being feature-rich this was actually the point to create a simple to use app. Of course, this choice always has a price of not adding a lot of advanced features.

       As we replied over email, such behavior is due to fullscreen iOS limitations. At the moment we are working on a workoround.

    Why is there no VR option?

    Like the icon and the title of the app suggests, there should be an option to use VR Glasses. But there is no such option... Since i didn't get any response in almost a year, i downgraded form 2 stars to 1 star...

    Support is slow. No response to my email query. i have prurchead you app for use on my Wix webpage that i am developing. I have set it to auto play when the site opens but it is fixed and not spinning. How can this be solved? Thanks.

       Hi! We are very sorry that we missed your email. Usually, we try to reply within the same day or the next day. Regarding spinning, "autoplay" in settings only means that app starts with tour loaded. Not spinning. However, we got a lot of comments that users would like it to behave this way and we are introducing this feature soon.

    bad experience on 'free version'

    the app is very heavy..takes long time to open menu for uploading your own panorama, even after that becomes heavy to go through. i badly wanted to pay to use this app, but too many bugs
