Attention bug depuis plus d'une semaine. L'application ne charge plus. Pouvez-vous réinitialiser l'application. Nous avons plusieurs visite virtuelles dessus. Merci à vous.

Not Working

This plugin worked great in trial and so we upgraded. We now can NOT use it...it won't let us upload any photos...and we have paid for the subscription. I have sent a couple emails with no response.

A parte la qualità delle immagini, l'app risulta molto artigianale. Nella demo di presentazione le immagini sono di qualità mentre nonostante le immagini caricate siano ad alta definizione l'app le ripropone con una qualità assolutamente insufficiente.

Support is worse

Without any change on my end the app stopped working on mobile devices. I got in contact with the support team and it took them 4 months to fix the error. Looking for an alternative.

Always broken

Used to work fine, but lately it is always down, leaving an ugly grey error rectangle on my web pages. Uploading images often fails. Great when it works, but lately that is rare. Fix it please!

The app isn't working on Android mobile phones

The app stopped working on my website when accessed via mobile. I tried to reach the support (support@viar.live), but they haven't responded. The issue has persisted for two weeks, and I haven't received any response from the app provider. I tried to get some help from support@viar.live already, with no response.

Es muy basico puedo conectar 1 tour virtual, me funciona bastante bien en mi caso no necesito mas, es justo lo que necesitaba, creo que WIX deberia tenerlo integrado por defecto.

Fantastic, I found the app I was looking for.

The Virtual Tour application I found as a result of my long research is a comprehensive and very well developed application. Special thanks to the technical support team. They helped me so much that I didn't even think about giving up for a second. As a result, the application is very successful. Definitely use the paid version, I recommend it. I didn't think it would be this special.

I'm extremely happy with this app.

It provides the functionality I required (zoom, hotspots, and infospots), gives me the ability to present a 360 view of a room in the historic home I assist. This is so much more meaningful than snapshots. When I needed a little technical help, I got great support by email and I anticipate several of my questions being added to the FAQs so others need not ask. I highly recommend Virtual Tours to anybody needing 360 virtual reality.

Can I add multiple tours on one webpage

I had a very quick response to my question below which helped me a lot. When I add four different virtual tours on a single webpage, managed through WIX, the tours disappear to the background and are not visible. I tried everything to make them all four visible when publishing, but nothing helps. Am I doing something wrong or can't four virtual tours on one single webpage not being loaded and displayed by WIX?

Hi! I'm using Virtual Tours and found out i can't make more than 4 virtual tours. Is it error or is there any limits?

Very Good 360 App

My tour worked great on my iPhone! On my desktop computer when viewing in Chrome or Edge, it would be nice if the thumbnails could be set so that they are on by default when launching tour. After clicking on an information button, the information box doesn't display when in full screen mode. It displays fine when not in full screen mode. It would also be good if links would play without leaving the tour and opening a new tab.

Hello, thanks for creating this app. Its great, but there's one issue I would love to have resolved if possible, and asap. On mobile, to view a 360 image, it opens it as a pop up in a new window/tab.

I upgraded your app to be able to edit my tour. That is obviously not possible. If I want to edit, need to start from scratch. Excuse me.

App Fix Needed

There has been a known glitch where the infospot text displays only on the standard view, but not when the tour is expanded to full screen. When is this glitch going to be fixed?

It is what it is

With a relatively inexpensive 360 camera and this app you can put together a half decent VR Tour. It really is excellent value for money. Just have a look around at how much it is for the high end stuff (there is no ceiling - not a virtual one but financial - lol) and this is integrated into your site! Technical issues with this sort of thing is usually an out of date browser tbf.

not sure why this got bad reviews

It's worked flawless for me so far! It's pretty powerful. I've done 4 different homes with about 30 different views and info. I plan to eventually add info bubbles to all the appliances later. Great app, will keep using!

Great app

I'm using this to add tours of my 3D scenes and it works really well. It works with equirectangular images, but not cubemaps, so I did have to run a conversion on all my renders to upload them. Some users are experiencing widget errors where it will not display at all. I have had them try different browsers/incognito mode but to no avail! I'm not sure why it loads some but not others. If that was fixed this app would definitely be a 5/5 for me!

Awesome application

I had been used to try several web applications for 360 panorama presentation so far. The Virtual Tours was the best solution for me at this moment. Easy handle and quick response. Love it. Since the usabilities of the free version is very limited, you will have to upgrade it to the premium version soon. The last star point is for its compatibility with the Pano2VR. For instance, I wish I could use the output format, ggpkg file from the Pano2VR.

Easy to use and works well in Wix

So far, I am happy except for the only issue I have with info hotspots not displaying info in full screen mode. If I can have that for the money, I will be happier:)

Best & easy to use!

This virtual tours feature makes easy to work with realtor's website and showcase their 360 photos. Only small issue is that if the photos uploaded over 25 images, its hard to navigate or move them around to add the icons... Otherwise, it's awesome app!!!!

Could you add an option to play music while on the tour? It would also be great if you add the option to be able to use the VIRTUAL REALITY to use the goggles, at least con the cell phone version.

App does what it is supposed to... Request for a feature !

Want to know if we have a provision of adding links to different parts of the image to redirect to other pages of the website. This feature is shown on your website but its not accessible anywhere in the settings of your Wix App.

It's nice but

the app itself is nice, but it would be better to add some kind of floating image for jpegs and caption in each of the info spots. i'm currently doing a virtual gallery, i'm not sure how can i put my individual photos in the tour
