Multiple Feeds
I like the news ticker, but it seems like I can't add multiple tickers with different news separately.

Thank you for your review. Getting assistance is easier by using the "Contact Us" form in the app-settings | Support Tab, rather than through an anonymous review. Having multiple different feeds is possible if you allow it in the app-settings | Settings Tab | toggling "Choose feed per installation" on. This is a premium-only feature. Does what it says on the tin but only if you pay. Disappointing! 😕
It has a free version which is great but no good for live site as you can't change any text until you pay! Not that its expensive but every penny count when starting a small business/side hustle. In my opinion the free version should at least let you have one free feed, maybe even cap the text count, as if it works well on your site you'll happily pay to use on the rest of your site...

Thank you for the review. The free version is limited to 3 feed items. Of course you can change their texts unlimitedly, or make any other changes (delete, add other items and so on) as long as you do not exceed the limit of 3 items. I don't know why you think otherwise. It's possible that you didn't publish your website after making changes. I think it have great potential but it needs work
There are few problems that need to be fixed asap: running news is something you want to see at home page but the loading time is very slow considering and very disappointing - should be fixed! the fact that in order to update news you need to get inside the editor is very problematic it should be at least possible to update by dashboard and of course if it could be updated with wix app on mobile or any app on mobile it would be a dream. This app is great in so many ways: it's easy to use and you can have a number of feeds with pictures or without. if only those 2 things: loading time and updating, would be more suitable for updating news at 2022 it would definitely be 5 star

Thank you for your feedback. Please contact us directly if you wish to get more specific assistance (which we cannot through an anonymous review). In general, the loading time actually depends on your website. It's Wix who decides about the order by which apps are called to be loaded, and it also depends on what other elements you have on your website and how 'heavy' they are. To test whether our News Ticker is the problem please do the following: Open your live website, then right-click the News Ticker and choose "Open frame in separate tab" under "This frame" (this applies to Firefox) - and then you can reload it again and again and test its response time. Or you can right-click and choose "Reload frame" and see how fast it reacts. Most chances are that you will conclude that the app itself loads pretty fast, and it's your Wix website that delays loading it. How do you save the news once you have entered the information because when i click off it isnt there?

Please try to contact us through the 'contact us' form in the Support Tab in the app-settings, so we can provide you with professional and essential assistance. At first glance, it sounds like you may haven't clicked the "Save Item" button in the app-settings, but I can't be sure and I don't want to mislead you.

Just Ok...can only write/display one news story at a time
Being able to add more than one news story at a time should be allowed. Isn't that the purpose of a Ticker? Not to have to delete the prior story to add a new one.

Aber premium gekauft und zwei News zeigt es an und die neuen die ich mache nicht ?? Support Mail funktioniert nicht ?? Habe bezahlt und nicht möglich ein drittes News zu erstellen, das geht aber beim veröffentlichen zeigt es das neue auf der Live Website nicht an ??? Alles immer abgespeichert und trotzdem nach dem veröffentlichen zeigt es die neuen nicht an ?? Super App aber funktioniert nicht richtig. Bitte um Antwort

Has worked very well for a week but am having problems now
It just stopped working and says "widget didn't load. check your page and refresh." I was very happy until this happened and I feel hopeful I can troubleshoot. Any suggestions?

Bugs
It keeps crashing, no matter what you do. I hope it gets fixed... (EDIT) I cannot contact you through the app-settings as requested. The app simply won't load. This is the only way I can communicate the issue (it's still freezing and won't show the 3 feeds I added)

cool app but
there is no way to change the link button deisgn, and there is no way to make some of the story lines to become a link

Thank you for your feedback. Changing the design of the link button can be done in the Design Tab. You can choose which part of the news item becomes a link - the title, the story, or a separate button or link at the end of the story.

How can I set the link ?
I cant connect the full feed page link to read more button.

To set a link of a feed item, open the app-settings | Feed Tab, enter the relevant feed item and scroll down to the "Where does this item link to" field. Please, if you have further questions, use the "contact us" option in the "Support" Tab - which will allow us to assist you more efficiently and personally. We almost always answer within 24 hours.
