   Hi. I'm sorry to hear you are not satisfied. However, we cannot give support through an anonymous review. In general, after upgrading to the premium plan it is advised by Wix to refresh the Wix Editor in order to benefit the premium-only features.

We are a commercial company and our only earnings are a percentage of the monthly fees that our users pay for using the app. The fee of our News Ticker app is actually the lowest amount Wix allowed when we added our app to Wix app-market.    We replied and then you edited your review and removed our original response, so I'll repeat our answer, because your review keeps on accusing us of injustice. The "Powered by ShareiiiT" attribution has *always* been there for non-paying users, from day 1 of this app. It is also mentioned ("Remove our branding") in the official table that compares the plans, and this table hasn't changed for years. To prove my claim, just look for another review from May 17, 2020, which complains about the branding item. So while I may understand the feedback about whether this branding item is irritating, we cannot accept accusing us of unfairness. Anyway I'm really sorry that it took you some time to notice it. Yet, accusing us for changing the rules is unfair.

   Thank you for your feedback. I wish you wrote to us before coming to this conclusion. We cannot provide an effective assistance through an anonymous review, however I'll write here in general that if one experiences non-smooth scrolling, this may be a result of a too-busy computer usually when installed on a website with other videos and animations that load it. Our News Ticker app does not consume much CPU, but in order to move smoothly it needs the browser's attention and if the browser or the device are too busy with other missions, the Ticker's animation might look less smooth if the browser doesn't manage to prioritize it to run frequently enough. I hope it helps - if not you, maybe others that read it. Anyway, if anybody experiences issues - the best way is to use the "Contact Us" form in the app-settings, and then we will do our best to help.

   I'll write again because when a user re-posts, it removes our previous reply. We are a commercial company and it is common and widely acceptable to put limitations on the free version in order to encourage users to upgrade to the paid version. However, if a user is satisfied with these limitations, he may keep using the app unlimitedly for free. Our free version allows adding up to 3 feed items. If you click the "Add feed item" while 3 items already exist, it brings up the upgrade popup. Also, in the free version, if the app is installed multiple times, it shows the same feed in all instances. In the premium version, it is possible to show different feeds with different items on the same website unlimitedly. Anyway thanks for the review, and good luck.

   You contacted us directly in parallel to writing this review, so I'll repeat my answer here: In the Banner Layout, the box height is set automatically to fit your content. Your ticker is very high because you are using a huge font size. Please open the app-settings | Design Tab and try a smaller font-size for the title and story. This will reduce the ticker height. Also, please see if you have extra newlines in your feed items - we do allow multiple lines feed items, because some users requested this option, but obviously this makes the feed taller.

   You provided broken links (I also wrote it to you by email). When you try the link you sent to us by email in a browser, it shows 404, which means the link is broken. So I'm not sure how it is related to the quality of our app. By the way, a "404" means that a page is not found, not an app which is inside a page, so our app cannot actually make a Wix page show a "404". If there is a problem in an app, Wix website will show the page and an error message in the area where the app was supposed to be. But as you described, this is not the case here. Regarding our customer service - we almost always answer within 24 hours (and this is also what we did in your case). I'm sorry that you are not satisfied with it.

   What's useful for one, might be useless for another - this is natural. We are sorry that you found our app not useful for your own needs, contrary to thousands of other satisfied users who use it continuously. The app allows you to enter your own news manually and display them scrolling or changing on your website. Alternatively, you may set it to track after an external public RSS feed - this is currently an experimental feature and we gladly enable it by request. It's hard for us to assist you through an anonymous review. If you contact us directly and describe what you are trying to do, we will do our best to help and give answers.

Typical causes: (1) Not using the "Save Item" (confusing with the Wix Editor "Save" Button), (2) clicking outside the app-settings before saving or (3) not publishing after making changes.

   Thank you for the review. We are a commercial firm and the app was created as part of our business model. The free version is limited for up to 3 news items, and for some of our users this is enough, and those are welcome to use it indefinitely. Otherwise, it serves as a demo before making a decision to upgrade. Many users appreciate the app's benefits and decide to pay the monthly charge, which is, by the way, the lowest fee allowed by Wix for 3rd party apps. However, thank you very much for your feedback.

   I'm sorry that you feel this way. Contacting us is really simple, and is similar to other apps in Wix: just open the app-settings and choose "Support" Tab. Reading your description, most probably you did not click the "Save Item" after entering a feed item before clicking outside the app-settings (which unfortunately closes it). Please do not confuse with the "Save" button of the Wix Editor which only saves the site layout. Please contact us if you need further assistance. We mostly answer within 24 hours.

   I'm sorry that you feel this way, but I really wish you contacted us with your issue in order to try to solve the problem. As you see, we answer very fast (almost always within 24 hours). We have thousands of happy users that do not think like you, and Wix wouldn't leave our app in the market if it didn't work. In many cases users forget to click the "Save Item" before closing the app-settings, or something similar.    I am sorry you feel this way (unlike many of our happy premium users). We have the free version with which one can check whether the app fits their needs before upgrading to premium. If you don't find how to cancel your subscription in your Wix account settings, please contact us directly and we will gladly help you to do that. We are always glad to listen to constructive feedback. If you have specific remarks about what can be improved or added, we will be glad to hear. Many suggestions sent to us by users soon became new features of the app.
