   DISAPPOINTING

   As being the only option for WIX FAQ ud think they didn't cheap out or skimp out. So disappointed honestly its ruining the brand for WIX. like how is it that you make such a bad add on application that it doesn't look the same for mobile. Also, you can't change the font color even after publishing it doesn't reflect the change. impossible to use. literally almost going to cancel and go to another website platform after 5 years of this shit. like seriously FIX UR GODAMN FAQ ADD ON U BEANSSSSSSSSSS I PAY GOOD MONEY

   It's gone to crap

   Today went to update FAQ T section and it refuses to show the new content no matter how many times I click "done" then "publish", and on top of that, the coloured background "banners" each question sat within have vanished despite all the settings subsequently being checked. What the hell is going on? And no, I do not wish to revert my site back to some earlier version as that would undo hours and hours of time spent adding products. Oh, also WIX, why is the font so TINY for the category names that appear at the top of the FAQ area for visitors? At this rate I might have to just do a main menu link then sub category pages instead of using an unreliable app that there are loads of complaints about. This is really shoddy when people are trying to run a business. Get it together WIX

   ALL MY ANSWERS WHERE GONE

   After hours of work and seeing it online at my site. Next time i logged in, everything was empty! Holy fuck, what a waste of time and crappy shit this WIX.

   STOPPED WORKING

   Was a good app but started playing up, feeding information live skipping Publish step, then all my data disappeared. Developers responded that they restored data but it is still missing. It was a good app now its just crap.

   [Solved] Buggy app. Backup your data!!

   Original (see down below for update): Thank you for deleting data from my site without my consent (due to a faulty update of your site) and not even having a backup of it. You are the shittiest company ever. Web3 will hopefully make you obsolete. Already had a call with your support: sucks Its clearly a fault by Wix. I didnt update anything on my side and their UI/functionality is new. -- Update: Issue got indeed solved. They were very fast in resolving a major bug for me Thumbs up. However, I would reconsider how you deploy/update features and the backup strategy of external apps (e.g. faq).

   Complete rubbish.

   I checked today and EVERYTHING I wrote in the FAQs disappeared. No problem, I wrote it all again but now whenever I go on my site it automatically scrolls down to the FAQ after a few seconds and has some animation I didn't even ask for. Fix your shit wix, I don't want my site like this just fix it. Very dissapointed.

   Used to work fine in Editor X. Now is buggy and frustrating.

   I had previously installed this on an Editor X site and it was working as it should. I have now come to do amends on it about a month later and having some very frustrating issues. I keep setting the width to 100% and it keeps changing itself to different settings from 25% to 111%. Every time I do amends I have to change these back to 100%. Even if I leave the page in the editor and go back they have changed. Super painful. The height also keeps changing from auto to a fixed pixel amount. Pretty please fix team Wix. Thank you!

   Looks nice, but dysfunctional.

   It seemed a promising App, but, it is slow to load, and sometimes gives an error message. Bye bye dysfunctional beauty.
