Small hick-ups, but overall good.

I see users complain about social icons not being able to be removed and layouts not being adjustable. No worries, alle that can be adjusted in the settings: just go to Display > Social sharing and to Design to changes the boxes to lines and edit font(size). Only problem I had was when editing the translations, the answer in the main language did not show up in the translation module. I copied all answers to Word and translated from there. Copy/paste, done.

UI works well, but could use better format options. API renders only draftjs.

Straighforward. Can embed links and media. But for API users... The Wix FAQ App V2 Question Entries API accepts richContent and plainText as answer formats per the schema, but the FAQ widget only renders draftjs. The API silently saves the other formats without error, leaving entries that exist in the data store but display as blank answers on the live site. Either reject the unsupported formats at write time, or make the widget render what the API accepts.

It Does the Job

Ok I get why everyone is hating on this app. The simple reason is that it appears on your homepage and you can't remove it. All you have to do is cut: Ctrl + X (Windows) or Cmd ⌘ + X (Mac), and then paste: Ctrl + V (Windows) or Cmd ⌘ + V (Mac) it on the page you want to put it on.

Wix FAQ - Design Settings

I'm having trouble with the spacing between the title and questions in the mobile version of the Wix FAQ app. I've tried adjusting the spacing, indents, and heading alignment, but it didn't help. It looks like this is a technical issue, which I can show in a screenshot. Or could you please tell me how to adjust it so it's not so big? The FAQ block (questions and answers) is currently compressed and aligned to the left, and I'm unable to center or properly align it. I've tried various settings within the editor, but nothing has helped. How can I resolve this problem?

Fonctionne très bien mais pas SEO friendly

Le Widget fonctionne très bien, facile à utiliser, bonne gestion de plusieurs catégories de FAQ et leur affichage sur différentes pages, design personnalisable, super à ce niveau. Seul bémol, le widget est intégré en Iframe, absent du DOM principal, donc les questions en titres Hn ne sont pas accessibles par un crawler, donc aucun intérêt SEO malheureusement. Bien dommage pour un Widget Wix. 4 étoiles donc parce que à part ça il est très bien fait.

Works well

It works fine. It looks great on my website. The only thing that does not appear to be customizable is the line spacing. Technically, if I increased the FAQ widget font to match the site of the website font, the text would literally touch the line of text above and below it. Other than that, it's good.

Great but limited functionality

I use this app on many of my sites, and I like how simple it is. Unfortunately, I wish I could link to categories, not just individual questions. I can't even figure out how to do it myself since there is no velo support for this.

Great App for adding FAQs to Site with ease

The app is Great as it provides an easy method to create Faqs for Sites I gave it a 4 star rating only because it takes a little bit long to load like 5-10seconds Might not seem like much but could affect site loading speed, I think it needs more optimization, other than that it is a great App from the Wix team, Also would love to have an option to add custom icons to the open and close buttons

Good FAQ App with Helpful Support

After using the Wix FAQ app, I found it easy to set up and customize, fitting well with my website. I did have an issue with content not updating correctly in different languages, but it was resolved quickly. The customer service was responsive and helpful. Overall, the app has improved my site's user experience with a clear and organized FAQ section. I recommend it to anyone needing a reliable FAQ solution.

SEO friendly?

Easy to use but I'm not sure if this app is SEO friendly. Can engines read the text?

App looks wonderful, but still needs work.

Pro's of this app: 1. This app comes with enough options when it comes to design: you can choose from 3 basic, but very nice looking, designs and personalize them further with fonts and colors. t fits the Wix aesthetic really well, looks wonderful and professional, also with mobile usage it looks really clean and neat. 2. The functionalities are easy to use. You can add multiple categories and choose which category to show depending on the page. So you can diver the FAQs to fit each individual page if necessary. 3. You can easily translate your questions and answers with Wix translate app...and it works perfectly when you change the language in which you are viewing your website! 4. It is possible to link some of your FAQ questions to your chat box, so customers can easily find the question they are looking for. Things that still need work: 1. Some answers refused to show and when clicking on them the whole FAQ disappeared and became invisible for customers to see.

Een minpunt is dat het toevoegen van vragen via het dashboard zou moeten kunnen. Echter in de dashboard staat er geen menu item veelgestelde vragen en zul je het dus via de webeditor moeten doen.

Good

Useful, but not flexible enough

I need this app to include a lot of content in a little space. However, I need to be able to have different FAQ lists on different pages of my website and I can do that, with category options. But it was challenging to figure out how to only show one category, so that could be a little more obvious. I would also like to link to anchors on my page to help people find the content. Also, it's not beautiful.

Some bugs, but works well. Major improvement with the new release.

The app works well for getting a basic FAQ section off the ground. I think they just updated the app so there were some issues for a few days (app wasn't working at all). I recently discovered that with the update it automatically hid all the questions in my FAQ section. To fix this, I went into the website editor, found the FAQ app, selected "settings" on the app, then under the "choose content to display" heading I selected each section of questions I wanted to display. This fixed the problem

Some Bugs, but simple and easy to use when it works. Does the job! Wix Customer service helped out quickly.

Nice app, but dont work(

Hey! You have excellent service with questions. But unfortunately it broke. I hope you fix it as soon as possible. People's websites crashed because of this problem (

Love the capabilities, wish it could stay as a menu option.

I wish this were a part of the standard layout options, instead of having to install it as an app on each page where I need an accordian menu. Otherwise its wonderful!
