    [Solved] Buggy app. Backup your data!!

    Original (see down below for update): Thank you for deleting data from my site without my consent (due to a faulty update of your site) and not even having a backup of it. You are the shittiest company ever. Web3 will hopefully make you obsolete. Already had a call with your support: sucks Its clearly a fault by Wix. I didnt update anything on my side and their UI/functionality is new. -- Update: Issue got indeed solved. They were very fast in resolving a major bug for me Thumbs up. However, I would reconsider how you deploy/update features and the backup strategy of external apps (e.g. faq).

    I can't display Wix FAQ on my Android Phone

    It's always a White Blank Box saying "Can't see the content. Tap to reload." I tap to reload several times but it didn't work. Everything else works fine.(Text, Slide, Button even Blog). Need help!

    Goede app, maar een beetje jammer dat...

    Ik niks kan kopieëren en plakken. Ik wil graag een tabel er in toevoegen bijvoorbeeld. Het zou makkelijk zijn als kon kopiëren en plakken. Zelfde geld voor een formulier die graag aan een antwoord op een vraag toevoeg.

    Missing Basic Features

    In general it's good, but a bit limited in functionality. I'm trying to point users to a part of the website where a topic is already addressed, but the FAQ does not support anchors. And the way Wix treats their anchors, I can't "fudge" it by treating the url as an external website with the anchor as part of the url. A bit puzzling, since I would think this basic feature would exist. So now I have to redo the FAQ manually . . . and am spending time trying to figure out the best way to recreate the FAQ to still give it a clean look but not use the FAQ app Wix offers. I also wish it integrated better with the entire website's search function.

    I added Wix FAQ app, which is visible on the desktop but not on the mobile. 나는 이 앱을 추가하였습니다. 하지만 문제가 있습니다. 이것은 데스크톱에서는 보이지만 모바일에서는 보이지 않는 오류가 생겼습니다.

    Functional but lacking control

    Its ok

    Its functional but not being able to use anchors with it, means you can hyperlink directly to a FAQ article which is annoying - hence why not 5 stars.

    A good FAQ app

    I just wish it had possibility to link to anchors on the website, since I use links to specific parts of several pages on my FAQ. I even tried creating linking pages on the menu for those sections but it only links to the top of the page, not to the section of the page I wanted.

    SCHEDULE?

    Why does the word schedule appear after my questions every time I edit them, some have the word schedule 4 or 5 times as I edit them?
