Doesn't Work

My client is lost employees because they weren't receiving a tip for delivery. The old app worked great . This a is a joke.

App gera problema de performance

O TTFB da home aumenta para ~4.000ms para página renderizada do zero, sem cache. O sistema precisa verificar o status de login de cada visitante para decidir se serve uma página estática ou se renderiza uma versão personalizada (SSR). Isso impede que certas otimizações de cache de borda (Edge Cache) sejam aplicadas de forma tão agressiva quanto em um site estático puro, contribuindo para esse TTFB de "cache frio". Se você não precisa de área de membros e login, desinstale esse app.

The app is not working.

After installing the app, I cannot see the login page. There is only 3 member area pages. All of them are informational

Basic

This app is very basic and does not allow too much customization. The users cannot delete their accounts.

Not my speed

Customers find it difficult to navigate... and who needs more log-ins with passwords anyway? I've spent WAY too much time being tech support for my customers trying to use this! After signing up as my own customer myself to see how it works on their end, and I hayyyyyyyte it.

Not at all

1) Only adds a logon button 2) The button isn't even customizable. 3) Forces users to a register page instead of a logon page 4) Does not install the community page features it promises.

no, ayer no recibi un trato digno, no me querian ayudar, y puse una queja. hay un gran problema en comunidad, y hoy entro y veo que es realidad, no aparece nada. y necesito que funcione, mira aqui te pongo al dia de como no quieren ayudar al usuario: veo mucho descontento en los comentarios de calificaciones sobre que han quitado los foros y hay problemas con links y en la comunidad, y al parecer nadie se encarga de contestar sus angustias, hay gente que esta desesperada gritando ayuda, pero lo unico que veo son respuestas de tu agente AI de mykyta@wix.com .. esta es la manera salvaje de trabajar con vosotros , es eso lo que me espera a mi como alguien que a dejado su dinero al igual que ellos??? Helpmate Lamento escuchar que has encontrado comentarios negativos y preocupaciones en la comunidad. Entiendo que esto puede ser preocupante. It came with a bunch of other apps when I added a subscription page totally took over my site and could not get to my home page. Good idea bad execution.

La promesse est belle, mais grande déception

L'ajout d'un espace membre et des formulaires de création/connexion est très simple (en 1 clic) mais c'est après que ça se gâte : je souhaite pouvoir créer 2 profils différents via le formulaire de création de compte et c 'est impossible. Si vous souhaitez uniquement permettre à vos client de créer leur compte (avec un seul profil), cet add-on est fait pour vous. Sinon, fuyez, vous allez vous arracher les cheveux !

Keeps installing by itself

after login there is no way to redirect the user to the members area

After the user logs in, why is there no way to add the redirect to the members page? Or does the capability exist and I dont see where to set it up?

Members can't even write blog

Pointless to have this when I can't even have my members write blogs on their own.

Vender produtos digitais e o wix cortar o acesso após 30 dias é uma das piores experiências que um site pode oferecer. O cliente investe esperando praticidade e liberdade — não um prazo de validade. Todo mundo perde com isso, será que vocês do Wix não entendem que estão perdendo dinheiro????

There are so many bugs with this app, Wix should be ashamed. I have had issues with connecting a CMS (the system automatically changed all of the unique Owner IDs to the same ID for all of the members, so now I cannot connect the CMS values so each member can see their own information. Second, in what world does it make sense for you to prevent anyone from customizing the address fields in the Site Members Personal Information? For a software company that has a product that is meant to make building websites easier, Wix completely missed the boat on this one. I cannot even add a field for "State/Region" and I am forced to include a "Country" dropdown field when we do not do anything outside of the U.S. The Members Area should have never been released without checking all of these scenarios and thinking about what normal people would need for this app to make sense and work properly. You should be embarassed, Wix team.

Terrible

This is worst, the glitchy-est app I've ever had the displeasure to work with! If I could give it zero stars I would. Either I can't find lightboxes that I've made, or the login/sign up button isn't working. AND, you should be able to have an item on your own menu bar that takes you to that signup light box. It's impossible to find any troubleshooting answers for these issues. Fix it! Please!!!!
