A vital app but lacking key features
As a non-profit community group we rely heavily on this app to manage our ~300 members. It mostly works well, but suffers from frustrating gaps. For example, we use pricing plans for membership fees, but can't enforce that all members have an active subscription to a plan, or even filter for members who don't. Also there are no reports available about members, such as membership over time, or how many logged in over the past few months. Really needs more thought put into how Wix customers want to use this app.

Has issues like everything else Wix
There's no way to style the sign in/sign up modal. Only way to change the colors is to change them in the site color palette. The modal background is set to the 1st color in the palette, text/buttons set to the 2nd color, links are set to the 6th color (why?). So, if you spend a bunch of time setting the colors of your site, then install the Wix Members Area, and spend 10x more time setting the widget colors for this app (because you have to set the colors for EVERYTHING individually like every other Wix app), you'll have to do it all over after realizing you need to change the palette around so the signup/in modal has the colors you desire. Or add css to the <head> which is what I will do but can't until paying Wix. There is also no way to set the color for some elements in the member's page widget. Not sure how well the app actually works yet, still building the site, will update this after I find out. Would give 4 stars but this app is half-assed like everything else Wix.

1. I would like to have the ability to add steps for multiple days. 2. Steps for participants should be interactive. there should be a comment widget (not Chat) floating in the menu or in the steps, so that students can keep a track of their questions and my instructions for later reference. 3. Progress of each program should be tracked in a nice graph, I use excel for the same and that has more features, like gantt chart where I can share the progress report for each student. 4. Provision to disable the 'Mark Complete' or 'Start' buttons for the student and active only for the instructor, so that Instructor can do this for the student, only when instructor sees fit. 5. Option to integrate Zoom, so that student or Instructor can schedule a meeting when need appears from either side. Groups don't show in the Member area menu for some reason. Settings in Member's area are only visible if I add Groups (ironically 'groups' don't show in members menu )

Hello there. I've some issues with member profile card. I had another wix site where I took member profile card (inc. badges) to site header. on the site I've now I could find member profile card only on member's page not in add many. I am unable to move card (and badges) to site header. is there anything problem from my side? or could you please fix that. THANKS!

Lots of room to grow
the members area gives an idea of the power and use it could have for its users; however there needs to be more to it, so it could serve a dashboard for members. Please add more options to customise, import member specific data from other sources, add additional pages etc. currently its a bit to basic to promote it within our user community.

Mostly does the job, a few frustrations though...
By and large this was easy to set up, however there are some frustrations. The Settings section shows a toggle for Email Notifications for Invoices even though I will never use these on my site. There is no option to hide it. It's just a simple blog, I don't need invoicing and haven't enabled it. Getting all the different elements arranged can be very fiddly too, with items jumping around at times for no apparent reason. Other than that though it does its job, definitely easier than setting all this up myself!
