Old Wix Forms and Payments

I have now used the standalone and website version of this app and both problematic from the customer facing side. such a shame as when it works which is 50% of the time its brilliant but hopeless the rest really need these to work - essential to me business

So many problems

There are so many problems if you want to do some very basic functions. I've contacted Wix Customer Care several times. This app is not ready for general use.

Can not see the submission

I cannot receive the submission from the online form. There is no email contact for me to ask for help, so I have to write here. hope to receive feedback ASAP.

Not worth the money

I've been using this app for my non-profit for some time. Unfortunately, during peak times it breaks and and has had to have in depth assistance from developers. I'm disappointed as I pay a not inconsiderate amount for this app. I use this as a booking form for a summer school. It allows me to hold sufficient information but when booking opened last year it broke. I had roughly 100 people filling in the form in the space of 20 minutes but the form was not able to cope with the level of traffic and collapsed. I had to manually add some information and bookings in myself. The Captcha function was one such element that broke, another was the submission message, falsely telling multiple people their information had not been submitted when it had. Due to this, I had missing bookings and duplicated bookings to deal with. To say I was unhappy is an understatement. I have looked for another system to manage this for me and if I find a comparable product that actually works I will switch.

Can't re-confirm services from prohibited list

I read the summarized version of prohibited services and selected that I did - only to realize, that I don't after reviewing the entire massive list. Now, I can't go back and verify that I won't be violating Wix Payments/Stripe, etc rules on services, so I'm stuck with PayPal only. No Debit/Credit options. No way to review this again...what gives?

i am not accepting my payment right now. i have connected all the payment provider like razorpay, payu , paypal but nothing is working..... now, what will i do??

Why do I need to pay for this?

I use a Premium Business plan, which is a lot of money. So why do I need to pay for this...? Also I don't like the layout, but the apps works fine.

Good Idea, Terrible App Execution

The processing fee for payments is so high a vendor has to increase their prices. You cannot visualize a report showing that the payments have reaced your bank. There is no update of pending actions.

Ayer, apliqué el formulario y lo fijé al inicio de la pantalla para que al entrar a mi web apareciera un formulario donde le pidiera sus datos y al finalizar lo vi en sitio web publicado y se queda fijado y no desaparece despues que se envió el formulario

I use these forms as a means for customers to send a message, that is, as a contact form, via my website. This feature is heavily used by my website visitors. The forms are easy enough to setup but I find that when I reply to messages received either directly through by email system or via Ascend and the Wix Inbox, many of my replies are filtered as Spam by the receivers and so I get frequent complaints from would-be customers that I havent replied to them. I'm wondering how common is this problem? I'll remove this App and find an alternative not linked to the Wix Inbox or Ascend.

Its okay

If you're looking for a basic contact form, or really simple form, this works but it has a lot of room for improvement. I'm working on transferring all of our forms from 123forbuilder to wix forms because I love the ease of having it all in one place, but I will and do miss a lot of the features 123formbuilder offers that I don't get here. I do not recommend this for advanced forms that need a lot of flexibility. I hope wix plans to make improvements.

Needs Work

I cant believe I upgraded to business but yet I have the standard form . I have to pay an extra £100 a year to remove the logo with an extra 5 forms this is ridiculous, we dont even get to customize the form teh way we really want it to look. Honestly i would have not upgraded if i knew i would still need to pay extra to remove a "LOGO". On the positive note, It has potential but needs upgrading

Basic elements missing

Disappointing that such basic elements like a preconfigured list of countries and states etc is not included even in the Ascend paid subs.

No way to upload multiple files at once

Users aren't able to upload multiple files at once, instead they have to upload files one by one, selecting each file and clicking the button every time they want to upload 1 file. Looks dumb and unprofessional. I saw people have been requesting this feature for a long time but nothing has been done. Maybe its about time to finally do it? -_-

Unreliable

Creating and customizing the form was easy and we liked how it looked. But it just wasn't functional. We rely on this form to get submissions from our clients and we've had problems for almost an entire year. We haven't been getting all of the forms either at all or sent to our email. Our clients have showed us the confirmation email but the form is nowhere to be found on our end - we checked our Wix dashboard, email Inbox and Spam folders, everywhere we could think of. Wix Customer Service has been no help in resolving this issue. We're just going to switch to a different type of form from Wix.
