    so problematic

    I have now used the standalone and website version of this app and both problematic from the customer facing side. such a shame as when it works which is 50% of the time its brilliant but hopeless the rest really need these to work - essential to me business

    There are so many problems if you want to do some very basic functions. I've contacted Wix Customer Care several times. This app is not ready for general use.

    Can not see the submission

    Not worth the money

    I've been using this app for my non-profit for some time. Unfortunately, during peak times it breaks and and has had to have in depth assistance from developers. I'm disappointed as I pay a not inconsiderate amount for this app. I use this as a booking form for a summer school. It allows me to hold sufficient information but when booking opened last year it broke. I had roughly 100 people filling in the form in the space of 20 minutes but the form was not able to cope with the level of traffic and collapsed. I had to manually add some information and bookings in myself. The Captcha function was one such element that broke, another was the submission message, falsely telling multiple people their information had not been submitted when it had. Due to this, I had missing bookings and duplicated bookings to deal with. To say I was unhappy is an understatement. I have looked for another system to manage this for me and if I find a comparable product that actually works I will switch.

    Can't re-confirm services from prohibited list

    I read the summarized version of prohibited services and selected that I did - only to realize, that I don't after reviewing the entire massive list. Now, I can't go back and verify that I won't be violating Wix Payments/Stripe, etc rules on services, so I'm stuck with PayPal only. No Debit/Credit options. No way to review this again...what gives?

    Why do I need to pay for this?

    I use a Premium Business plan, which is a lot of money. So why do I need to pay for this...? Also I don't like the layout, but the apps works fine.

    Good Idea, Terrible App Execution

    The processing fee for payments is so high a vendor has to increase their prices. You cannot visualize a report showing that the payments have reaced your bank. There is no update of pending actions.

    I'll remove and replace this app

    I use these forms as a means for customers to send a message, that is, as a contact form, via my website. This feature is heavily used by my website visitors. The forms are easy enough to setup but I find that when I reply to messages received either directly through by email system or via Ascend and the Wix Inbox, many of my replies are filtered as Spam by the receivers and so I get frequent complaints from would-be customers that I havent replied to them. I'm wondering how common is this problem? I'll remove this App and find an alternative not linked to the Wix Inbox or Ascend.

    Its okay

    If you're looking for a basic contact form, or really simple form, this works but it has a lot of room for improvement. I'm working on transferring all of our forms from 123forbuilder to wix forms because I love the ease of having it all in one place, but I will and do miss a lot of the features 123formbuilder offers that I don't get here. I do not recommend this for advanced forms that need a lot of flexibility. I hope wix plans to make improvements.

    Needs Work

    I cant believe I upgraded to business but yet I have the standard form . I have to pay an extra £100 a year to remove the logo with an extra 5 forms this is ridiculous, we dont even get to customize the form teh way we really want it to look. Honestly i would have not upgraded if i knew i would still need to pay extra to remove a "LOGO". On the positive note, It has potential but needs upgrading

    No way to upload multiple files at once

    Users aren't able to upload multiple files at once, instead they have to upload files one by one, selecting each file and clicking the button every time they want to upload 1 file. Looks dumb and unprofessional. I saw people have been requesting this feature for a long time but nothing has been done. Maybe its about time to finally do it? -_-

    Unreliable

    Creating and customizing the form was easy and we liked how it looked. But it just wasn't functional. We rely on this form to get submissions from our clients and we've had problems for almost an entire year. We haven't been getting all of the forms either at all or sent to our email. Our clients have showed us the confirmation email but the form is nowhere to be found on our end - we checked our Wix dashboard, email Inbox and Spam folders, everywhere we could think of. Wix Customer Service has been no help in resolving this issue. We're just going to switch to a different type of form from Wix.

    Yo, Wix, C'Mon....These are awful

    I upgraded my forms so I can have more automations and they are awful. It's a crapshoot on whether or not the person actually gets the automated email, put aside the form builder itself is eat up with being buggy and glitchy. Y'all are gonna have to do better than this, you're actually charging people money for this mess.

    A problem

    Since there is no chat or email support apparently... I have multiple forms on my page, I want to be able to to trigger DIFFERENT emails to be sent when users submit different forms, but there is only the option to trigger when a user submits ANY form. In the help section there is clearly supposed to be an option to trigger when a user submits a specific form but it is not there on my interface. I have a pro account, whats the deal?

      Hi, you can create a different automation, with a different email, for every form on your site. Please follow the instruction on this article: https://support.wix.com/en/article/creating-automations-for-form-submissions. In-order to have create an Automation for a specific form, click the "Trigger" component and change the settings from "Visitor submits any form on your site" to "Visitor submits a specific form"; then choose the form (or forms) you with to set the automation for.     Makes it hard to choose the right template

    I might be messing up here, but there doesn't seem to be a way to preview the template, so it gets installed on my site, and if I want to try another, I have to keep deleting, and opening the app again. Also, would be nice to see how the information is sent to us.

    I am unable to find a way to delete a submissions table. I have deleted all the information in the table but can't delete the rows and can't delete the table. HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT???

    2 éléments essentiels manquant

    Dans le formulaire personnalisé, il n'y a pas d'option pour afficher un message de remerciement/confirmation après l'envoie du formulaire. L'usager a l'impression que rien ne s'est passé. Wix répond qu'il connaisse cette limitation. Et il n'y a aucun moyen pour vérifier que l'adresse email entrée est bien celle du propriétaire... aucun mécanisme de vérification par courriel. Bienvenu aux arnaqueurs qui peuvent entrer une adresse courriel de quelqu'un d'autre qui recevra un courriel de confirmation de votre entreprise pour un abonnement !

    Le formulaire fonctionne bien lorsque les clients me contactent. Malheureusement, mes réponses partent dans leur dossier spams. J'ai déjà eu plusieurs relancent comme quoi ils n'ont pas eu de réponse à leur mail. C'est embêtant. Y a't'il moyen de corriger ceci?

    Can't tell if its my fault or the app is garbage

    I have 3 events set up, ( A,B,C) but only event 'A's details page will load without problems. The other 2 events (B&C) try to load event A's details page but fail. Shouldn't they be loading their own event details pages? Frustrating to say the least.

    Mail sent by Wix are considered as Spam

    When someone try to send us mail from contact form, the mail which is sent from sendgrid is blocked by our antispam. Is there a way to change smtp relay used ?

Please note that the Ascend plans (which enable you to add advanced features to your form, to the Wix Chat and Email Marketing features, and more) differs from Website and Business Premium Plans, which allow you to connect your domain to your site, remove Wix ads and numerous other features. However, you can indeed use the free version of Wix Forms to create several types of customized forms. Thanks!

    troppo rigido per la modalità mobile

    Ho creato un form multi-step e non riesco a lavorare proprio sugli step dalla modalità mobile. Si riesce a modificare (e molto poco) solo il primo modulo, il secondo e il terzo devi sperare che siano decenti perchè non si visualizzano e non si modificano.

    Good only if you pay another monthly fee for features you don't need!

    When paying a premium plan I would expect a contact form to allow a lot of customisation and not be limited. To have a decent contact form to capture anything other than name and email address we have to pay another £6month minimum and that included features I would never need. Surely the form features should be included with an annual premium paid for plan. I can embed a Mailchimp form with advanced options, gdpr options, recapture all for free. Seems like Wix are just out to make as much £ as possible and forgetting what easy and good customer value is.

    There are problems in the form

    Not only does the form work with brakes, lags, so also paid, I thought that the application from Wix, will be free

    Love the customization... But...

    Oofda is about all I gotta say. I just spent ENTIRELY too long (nearly an hour) trying to create a very simple quote form. I literally don't even know if it works yet, because I've just been designing the form! None of the presets fit in with the design of my site, so I needed to customize. Generally, this isn't a big deal. That was quite possibly one of the worst UI experiences I have ever experienced in my entire life. From trying to line up my fields, to editing the fields, to the extreme amount of 'misdrags'. I wish I didn't feel the necessity to use Wix forms. I'm dreading creating the next one. I think it might be better to be able to create your form in a separate window, then add it to the page like the "templates". This would have alleviated half of my pains. The other half have to do with how many steps are involved in editing fields, etc.

    Cuando la contraseña es erronea el formulario muestra un error de que el email ya esta registrado

    cuando un usuario se intenta registrar el formulario muestra un error diciendo que el email ya esta registrado y en realidad es porque el usuario a metido una contraseña no valida. Es un poco lio para los nuevos usuarios

    Job Application

    I would like to split my job application form into multiple pages (e.g. page 1: contact details > next > page 2: employment history > etc). Is there a way to do that, or only option I have is to have all fields on the same page?

    Pulsante chiusura

    Non c'è un pulsante di chiusura o sbaglio? Il popup up è fisso quindi obbliga ad iscriversi. Inoltre anche dopo essersi iscritto rimane li senza possibilità di chiuderlo. Sono stato un'ora a cercare di capire come potessi chiuderlo. E' un mio limite?

    Not compliant with EU GDPR

    Wix has to add an approval flag space to be compliant with the GDPR. I selected WIX because I'm not an IT expert so I need a simple system with all it's necessary to be compliant with the regulaory in a simply way...

    Não estou conseguindo adicionar mais campos no formulário, mesmo tendo um Plano Premium eCommerce. Não Estou entendendo, já que o aplicativo fala que os campos são ilimitados. Como proceder para adicionar mais campos ao meu formulário?
