Bro. I'm paying the 600€ package a year and I have to pay extra for a translation which obviously is not working? never ever have I seen a company with so much hided pricing. u r the worste

This is a poor App

It does not save my work! I never encounter product deliver such terrible software quality from a famous company. Furthermore, the translation strings are listed in one long list, total mess! From the auto-translation I can see 10% of them took the wrong source string for auto-translate. These are TOTATLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Predatory warnings unnecessary

All blog posts are visible. The Banner is designed to scare the user into turning on wix multilingual. The banner specifically states "Your posts are not visible, turn on Wix Multilingual".

Rien ne va avec ce module! vous payez et vous n'avez pas vos traductions complètes, et même parfois vos traductions ne sont pas faites alors que vous avez été débité des crédits! et inutile de demander de l'aide au service client qui ne comprend rien et surtout s'en moque complètement! Impossible d'être remboursé!

Don't use - WIX doesn't integrate Wix Multilingual in new features

After sending multiple Customer Care Tickets, Wix confirms that they don't integrate their own app (!!) into new features like advanced SEO, dynamic pages etc. "At this time, due to changes made with Advanced SEO for Dynamic Pages, List Page SEO can no longer be translated. This is because the SEO dashboard hasn't been integrated with Multilingual. " My client is in the hospitality industry and has a website in 3 languages, working with dynamic CMS pages for the room descriptions and offerings. For SEO and GEO, these are the the most important pages on the website. The title tags, descriptions in each language are a must in building visibility and credibility. Conclusion: you build a website in 3 languages, working with CMS for dynamic content, working with WiX native apps naively think that everything works .... NOT. Don't use this app. The articles on the help center are outdated.

Not only I could not edit the translation like they said, basically forcing me to pay to get more words to translate automatically. so I try to delete this app, but can not.

Si hago un cambio en mi menú (originalmente en español), no se hace la traducción en la versión de inglés. Me está ocasionando problemas con mis clientes.

Horrible

Lost all my translation progress after manually translating each part (I had hit the save button many times but who cares right). On top of this the (bad) auto translation design is all over the place, having font sizes change drastically and words jumping all over the site. No thank you.

Absolutely terrible!

We installed the app , even paid for additional 'word credits' and as soon as we did the auto translate - the entire site's formatting was OFF - I am unable to even un-install the app. This is an absolutely terrible app. Lost a few days worth of design work and will most likely miss our deadline. I did read other reviews and thought it couldn't be that bad. I was wrong!

The app cannot be deleted it keeps showing an error! It’s impossible to change the language name in the settings! Terrible app. I got so much stress after installing it, and now I can’t remove it!

lo peor, no se puede quitar, si la quitas el sitio se va lejos..... muy mal todo, WIX es pésimo.

Wix es pésimo, me puse a pagar por un año y estoy que me voy de acá, demasiado lento, mejor wordpress..... no recomiendo.

I tried adding the app. It will show on my dashboard but not on my editor screen. When I tried to manage it, told me there was an error opening the page. And It won't let me delete it without following the steps which means it is there but not.

- Tried changing main language form EN to DE, can't do it. - Tried downloading all of our translations as .CSV - two thirds of content got lost. - Now we decided to do it manually, can't even delete this app anymore. - Absolutely terrible experience, can not recommend at all. EDIT: After approx. 30 minutes with an expert we managed to at least delete it.

I used to be able to use this before

It seems that for some languages (Finnish, Estonian for example) the flag is not missing. The lack of flag makes the language not selectable as a primary language. If I select another language as the primary, the languages with missing flags will not be visible in the "add another language" list at all.

Absolutely terrible!

Once you install this, you can't remove it! Watch out! If you accidentally set the wrong main language, you cannot change. You need to delete the entire website and start new. Can't remove the Multilingual, there is a technical issue. The instructions don't work.

don't even try

i auto translated my site and besides the really not good translations the process totally broke the design. if i would keep it like this, it would mean tons of etxra hours to fix all the little bugs. i restored an earlier version and asked for refund for my purchased credits. wix says its non-refundable and quote "Unfortunately, there are times when technology or applications fail, but we are working to provide you with the best service." yeah but no, that's not a good service at all. that's scam.

Wil Multilingual crashed my SEO 70%

I installed this app, but apparently didn't set it up correctly and for the last year or so since installing it my SEO had such a dramatic drop off, I nearly had to sell my house. I was devastated trying to figure it out.. TURNS OUT.. IT WAS THIS APP!!! IT creates duplicate copies of your website and it confuses the SEO gods.. It absolutely wrecked us. This should come with a HUGE disclaimer. I thought I was doing something good to help make my website accessible and it ended up costing us hundreds of thousands of dollars. To make matters worse I had just gone through a miscarriage and my brain was absolute mush so I didnt have the brain power to figure out what was causing our drop off and just though Google changed their alogorithm. ChatGPT helped me figure this all out.

It's pretty awful

I've tried using it to translate Norwegian to English and I've basically had to do it entirely manually anyway. On top of that the flag button just disappeared today and I have yet to find a way to get it back. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Completely redundant "app".
