    It's ftoo many bugs

    It doesn't really do it's job. Under now circumstances should you allow it to auto-translate, and even then is it still not working as good as it should.

    Unfortunately doesnt' work well

    It would be a very useful tool, but unfortunately when using, editing text, everything becomes super slow and almost unusable. It takes a lot of patience to use it and instead of being helpful it often becomes a stress. To change and improve.

    It was good for a few months until recently, some categories in products cannot be translated on the website even you have already translated them in multilingual app. Please fix them ASAP.

    It gets worse!

    All of a sudden, I cannot replace a file in the FAQ translations. I replaced a pdf on the English FAQ but when going to translate the answer section on the Norwegian pages, there is no way to replace the file. The little attach file icon doesn't show and you don't even see the existing file on the English side. Very disappointing.

    achtung wenn du es wieder deinstallieren willst, zu kompliziert und geht es nicht bei mir.

    Die Hauptsprache kann mann nicht einfach wechseln und Mann musst diese App deinstallieren. Aber es ist zu schwierig und geht es bei mir im Moment nicht. Kundenservices ist so schlecht, niemand da.

    Lacks one very important feature..

    Pretty efficient per se... Yet has one huge flaw: it does not translate the content from dynamic pages! Just because of that it turned useless on my website.. I really wish that Wix will work on that feature, but as far as I can see on other reviews, they have completely dropped this app...What a shame!

    Too many issues

    Too many tech issues and glitches in this app. Disappears from the site from time to time, so I have to uninstall the app several times. Suddenly it just dissapeard again now, and I have to do it all over again.

    Very Buggy in Editor X

    21 Oct 2021 BE CAREFUL INSTALLING.. Remove APP doesn't work. Summary: An early 'Beta' (at best). A generous 2** as an Editor X user.. Given the 'idea' is greatly needed functionality for localised country level SEO/content strategies. However, I've already reported several tickets of issues in Editor X. Will happily update this review, once resolved and fixed. Keep up the good work.

    It requires a lot of work

    Using Google Translate is completely useless as it would deliver laughably bad translations. Only use this app if you are more than just a fluid speaker of the language to which you are translating your website. Also clunky when it comes to adding more content in the non-English language version of your website. If you do this, then it completely turns your English language pages into a disaster. You have to spend hours then fixing each page in both versions of the website. Just not worth it. Each frame on each page has to contain the same amount of text, or thereabouts, for the multilingual website to work. There should be an option of better AI translator options on offer. There are all sorts of things related to the Wix website that are also not available for translation.

    There's no button!!

    Good intent but a lot of bugs

    They should have tested it before launching this app. The original website was messed up and we had to fix every part of it. I appreciate that they tried at least but just give a warning guys.

    Please warn in advance that app can't be deleted

    I use this app successfully on one site, and installed it on another one to try it out. But now I can't delete the app, which slows down the site. Please help to delete the multilingual app from lemurianstarchildoracle.com Also advice to anyone: don't delete extra languages and then reinstall this app. It appears that 3 CSS files will be loaded twice every time you open your site if you do.

    Messes up the format on everything

    Good idea. But the format gets very messed up when changing languages. Also, when I deleted the app, and switched back to English, some things stayed in Spanish. I had to manually fix all that stuff.

    Not great

    Poorly designed/thought out.....Just not ready yet. You need to have the exact same content and position on all pages in different languages. No changes. If you change it in one language, it changes in all languages. Very problematic if one of your languages is left to right and another is right to left. To make it compatible would require me to basically rebuild the site. I ended up deleting and using the Wix language menu instead. I might come back to it in a year or so in hopes that they improve it by then

    Very promising, but doesn't work yet...

    Works in editor but doesnt show the language toggle on the website. Just a minor bug I'm sure, my website is fully translated and in the preview everything works, but on the actual website it doesnt show the language toggle. Please fix this bug. I hope I can update this review soon.

    PROBLEM WITH TEXT

    We have a problem, on our czech version of website (it's second language) doesn't changed the text. It's shown in window editor (where I can change text or design) but then it doesn't shown on web... Hope you understood..     Currently, you can't translate everything, when you translate it, it ruins your layout, etc.

    Does not translate all Wix App

    Wix Multilingual does not allow user to choice another language while visiting websites, Wix Multilingual automatically choice website language and show disabled. Wix Multilingual does not allow me to translate all website sections, About us, Contact us. We are supporting +5 languages, I have to rebuild Wix Translation, every time we change something in our product store. Hard to use. I prefer Google Online Translation features.

Your website visitors can change the language using the language menu. It will appear only after you will turn your secondary language to visible. In case you accidentally deleted the language menu you can add it again this way: Open your Editor, click on Add ( + ), select the Menu section and then language menus. Your website visitors can be automatically directed to their browser language by enabling the Auto-redirect feature on your Multilingual dashboard. Most of Wix features are translatable, and we are keep on working to expand this support for further features. About Us and Contact are translatable. About Google Translate, you can click on items and translate them directly by Google and soon you will be able to translate the whole site with one click.     Button on the website disappeared

    We liked the app very much, unfortunately there was a button error and it showed the button too big and moved our header. After I couldn't even change the size of the button, I deleted it. The option to change the language of the website still works, but the website user / customer cannot change to his language without a button ?! The app is also added, according to Wix - only the button is gone. How can you help us?

    OMG please Wix, this is totally neccesary.

    The menu is not appearing in the mobile editor. It is a shame WIX is not supporting this so mandatory feature as it is the multi language function.

    Half-way solution

    Sincethere are many things that "Just aren't translatable yet " according to the help pages about what you cana nd can't translate,it's almost worse to put something up, especially the BOOKINGS and SERVICE descriptions!!!!!! that's half in English, half in French. It looks totally amateurish. I hope these things will be translatable soon. In the meantime, I'll have to find a way to make a note to English speakers saying it's under construction, to contact me, I'll walk them through it or book for them. Again, very amateurish.

    Translating blog

    Hi there! I just started to add different languages to my site and already facing issues... Why can't we translate blog entries? Lot of my resources are in my Blog, which I worked on for days, and now it turns out that I can't add translation. Very disappointed. My other suggestion would be to be able to edit the languages separately... I mean, I don't want to show all content in every language, but if I change something in one, all others will change as well. I don't think these are unreasonable requests and hoping they will be resolved soon, otherwise the multilingual function is useless for me...
