    Payment went through but app is saying that it hasn't been paid, funny when the money has been withdrawn from my account.

    change without warning...

    Doesn't work

    Installed it and it worked for 2 minutes and then stopped working. I have full admin rights to my page. Doesn't update when the Facebook page is updated. Wrote to support but still waiting for a resolution. In the meantime, I'm looking for other options.

    paid for up front and due to changes on FB no longer works. Refund requested but no response. Take the money and run? Not very good practice me thinks.

    Unreliable

    I use the facebook feed to update my website. I pay for this service yet it rarely works and is unreliable. My feed sometimes doesn't update, and now it's not displaying at all. I have sent complaints and messages of needing support and yet nothing. Why isn't there a phone number to call? I'm paying good money for a website that I receive daily complaints about from followers.
