However, we'd love to let you know that Twitter is supported in our Social Feed by Elfsight app. You can easily integrate your Twitter feed alongside other social networks using this tool.    Hello Kenny, Thank you for reaching out! Our support agents have checked your website, and it turns out that the issue is caused by the cache settings of the app. The reason the new posts don't make it to the feed on your website right away is the cache. Our widget uses cache to make it load faster and to reduce the server load, so it doesn't request Facebook each time someone browses your feed. Instead, it requests Facebook once in every 6 hours, pulls in the images by the specified criteria, stores them in the cache, and displays them from the cache. After the cache is expired, the widget requests Facebook for the posts again, and that's when the new ones make it to your feed. We're very sorry that this wasn't obvious from the start. We also apologize for the support agent who has misinformed you initially. She should've made sure that her understanding of the product is up to date before replying. However Facebook does implement different types of restrictions from time to time, and usually, these changes are unannouced. So options that used to work in one way start working differently. This is not an excuse for our poor performance, just a bit of explanation why this has happened. The reason your Facebook page doesn't display in our widget is that there are some access restrictions on your page. Unfortunately, due to certain Facebook side limitations, our app only displays pages with no access restrictions whatsoever. We apologize for the inconvenience! To remove access restrictions from your page, please, login to Facebook under the account of the page administrator, click on Settings and go to General tab. One of the reasons the app didn't work could be that our Facebook app is only working with public pages, so if you need to use a private or restricted access page as the source, it might give you some issues.
