    keeps randomly not displaying

    I have been paying for this for a couple years, and it continues to randomly stop displaying my feed on my site. I really wish it would stay working!

    No longer working

    I paid $60 for the enhanced Facebook Feed for our website. It worked great for 2 weeks, now it will no longer connect our Facebook Feed to the website. Would like this resolved ASAP as I expect for an extra $60 on top of my subscription, that this Facebook Feed actually work properly. Thanks.

      Dear brandoncaputo, ​ ​Please, accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. ​ ​Unfortunately, due to the changes on the side of Facebook the app, unfortunately, did experience temporary issues.     Feed doesn't update all of my post.

    When I uploaded the app about a week ago, it worked fine the first couple of days and I was extremely happy to see the end result. The feed post feed has not shown any updates since 11 March even though I have updated my FB page. I decided to upgrade from the free trial to the paid version to see if that would help and still nothing. It's extremely frustrating to pay for a service/product and it NOT work. The application information page states in the features section that the feed is updated in real time...If that is the case and that's what I'm paying for I would really like to see!!!

We're very sorry that you're having this issue with the app. One of the reasons this is happening is that you've updated your page by sharing someone else's post, and unfortunately, our app doesn't display shared posts, due to privacy restrictions on Facebook. It only displays your own posts. However, we'd like to take a closer look at the issue to be able to advise you better.     App does not update the feed in real time

    The app has a weak side opposite to what they advertise it, it does not update in real time!!

      Hi americantvnews, We don't actually advertise our app as updating in real time. Our marketing materials don't have a single mention of it. Our app uses cache, and this was done by design to make it load faster and not slow down your webpage. Another reason for implementing cache was certain technical restristions on Facebook API side that we can do nothing about. Our appologies for the inconvenience. We hope this explains things.     facebook events not show

    Your websites https://elfsight.com/facebook-feed-widget/ says that events should appear from facebook on my page but I don't see events. What do I need to do?

      Hello admin61436, The Facebook Feed app for Wix you've rated doesn't offer the option of displaying events, as you can see from the app's description that doesn't even mention this feature - https://www.wix.com/app-market/facebook-feed-1/overview.
