the price plan is not just very client unfriendly

I use this app now since a year and it is very messy, and difficult to manage for individual needs, as well cancelations are rather visually messy. On top now there is a extra fee and I dont understand why, the package itself is already quiet pricy and to ask a 2 % fee on each transition for developing further on the app is in my opinion way overpriced

entire app needs revamping

As someone running a subscription-based product through Wix, I really want this app to succeed, but there are a few core issues holding it back. The biggest is reliability. The Pricing Plans widget doesn’t always load on the first visit, and requiring customers to refresh the page just to see subscription options creates unnecessary friction and lost conversions. There are also some key missing features that would make a huge difference: the ability to cap memberships, offer pause options instead of forcing cancellations, and better handling of failed payments. Additionally, having an easy way to generate and share direct checkout links would help create more flexible sales flows. Wix has built a decent platform overall, but the Pricing Plans app still feels like it hasn’t caught up to the needs of businesses that rely on subscriptions as a core revenue stream.

garbage and useless if they collect fees

I will no longer be using this service since they will be collecting fees starting end of April 2026. They provide zero value in return for taking a percentage of your sales and have gotten greedy. What are you giving me in return for what I already have paid for in my yearly subscriptions? Nothing. You are not a payment processor, I already have one. As soon as I can, I will migrate out.

They are ugly..

The pricing plans look so good when you look at the app, but they look hideous on my website. Very difficult to customize, and I decided to build my own using the built in design features inside of wix. Will be deleting this app

Why is it designed so that the plan can only be purchased online by card? Why can’t it be done manually via instructions? In my region, there are no relevant solutions on Wix. Please fix this.

Not for a SaaS. I don't want to test it for anything else.

We tried to implement this for our SaaS and failed completely. There's no way to create a discount for users buy a yearly license versus a monthly license. Then there goes the integration with Wix payments, which is the worst of them all, as they hold your money, take weeks to get approved, request a ton of information, and we had to eat all the fees, never got a transaction, lost a couple of customers thanks to this. We decided to go with Stripe.

Wix update = nightmare

After the latest update, Wix completely broke how membership plans work: - Clients cannot pre-book classes if their plan is in “Pending” status. - Admins cannot extend active plans, only pause them. - Plans activated retroactively show 0 sessions, and there’s no way to manually add them. This update destroys the workflow for small studios like ours. What used to be a flexible system is now unusable. This update destroys small studio workflows. Wix ignored real business needs, making the system unusable for any studio that wants to plan ahead.

My Saved Work Was Deleted

I created a plan, saving it along the way and as I was adding the final feature, (a group), the entire plan, that took me quite some time to prepare suddenly deleted without any error message. I later spoke to a nice lady who arranged for someone higher up to contact me to correct the issue but nobody has reached out and today I see all bad reviews about this app. I'm concerned.

Editable Plans for Wix Bookings

I would like the plans in Wix Bookings to be editable. My suggestion is to add a subscription plan option for clients, where they can pay a fixed amount and receive discounts on all our booking services.

One Pass

I have a pricing plan through One Pass. You must be a member of One Pass but since it is one of my Pricing Plans people sign up for it. It costs nothing to them!

Horrible functionality and limited capabilities

I have spent a lot of time trying to make this work for my website. I wanted to display both a one-time fixed price and a monthly subscription service, but the app was unable to accomplish this. For my needs, this app has been a total failure and a colossal waste of time. It may be suitable for simpler use cases, but it does not meet the requirements for my customized needs.

DOESN'T WORK.

Even after trying 20 different types of subscriptions, I still don't seem to have a single working subscription. 5 years of trying! The customer simply does NOT get IN and gets lost in all sorts of pages they don't need without ever accessing what they paid for. The wix support team is distressing. They are masterful at answering beside the point or pretending not to have seen the question. Real answers and solutions are not forthcoming. Even 1 STAR is to much.

Does not ever let you change the tax rate or price on already purchased plans

I used the app to sell online digital subscriptions. Set a price and the tax rate. Later when the province changed the tax rate we found out that only new subscriptions going forward would be charged the new tax rate, and clients who subscribed before the tax rate change were not able to be updated. Also, if in future you want to change your subscription price, you can but existing clients will keep the old price. The only way is to contact ALL your customers and ask them to cancel their subscription and renew. This risks losing clients. Not impressed with this app, and wish I had never used it. It is illegal to charge the wrong tax rate so we are in a bind trying to figure out a fix for this issue, and Wix says there is nothing they can do.

We need a simple discount for services with a pricing plan. And they do not offer this. They have complicated work arounds that are not well suited for what we need.
