    Terrible. Loaded with problems, absent of functionality.

    I have changed my business model several times due to this app and each time for the worst as a result of non intropability, lack of functionality and 0% customization. Many issues. No coupon or discount code ability. You can not customize plans pages. If you think you've found a work around you have not. they recommend creating different passes as a work around to the coupon or promotion issue but if the customer visits a page only accessible with the pass, it brings them to the pricing page and shows all your plans. if you hide a plan from this page your customers cant purchase. its fucking miserable!

    Al instalartelo no lo puedes quitar, solo eliminando la pagina completa lo cual te obliga a rehacer todo. En un entorno super lagoso lento... no recomendado

    Teriibble application

    Automations are not working. Sending wrong plan to the customer. After payment they can lost in the page there is no direction to the page. Worst worst worst. Ascent says upgrade WHY? Why I have to pay extra for something is not working.? There is no customer service. You have to search on YouTube. There is a video on YouTube the guy shows up it seems everything is wonderful. But he can not show real result. What is that? I have a commercial page. I have customers. Tell me solutions.

    I still cannot find the address of where to send the subscription items, maybe you can find it on there but it should be way easier AWFUL DESIGN, AWFUL APP!!!

    Really upset with this

    I offer high ticket sales and I have to offer payment plans for my clients, which Wix does offer, the problem is that when for some reason the monthly payment can not be taken from their account, wix does not try again, they simply cancel the plan and do not even notify me. This have happened a couple of times already and I got notified by my clients. It upsets me because my business is growing and I can not check my bank account every single month to see who has paid and who has not paid and constantly create new plans for the months that have not been paid yet. I expect the website to try 2 more times at least and send an automated email to me and my client. Apparently this request has been sent to the development team, but it is going to take long to be installed, so I have to migrate my website, again. It just doesn't make any sense to me.

    It doesn't show plans benefits on mobile version

    While it works smoothly on desktop version, it doesn't show plans benefits on the mobile version, unless visitors click on a small 'down arrow', which is totally counter-intuitive. So I'm basically asking customers to 'subscribe' without knowing what they're subscribing for.

    I hate it!

    There is very little control on the back end of this app. My customers are frustrated and now are not signing up for my subscription. I DO NOT WANT MY CUSTOMERS TO HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO SIGN UP BUT I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER IT! UGH!

    Not Practical

    This app is not practical to use and does not have the capability that it should. No way to use coupons, add credit to user accounts, and limited customization on pricing plans.

    Pricing plans are not working...

    My Pricing plans are not working. Deleted them to start again and now can't even re-add a pricing plan. Contacted Wix on Saturday, spent an hour on the phone and they couldn't help me...now waiting for another member of the team to 'email me' so they can help me. Can't take booking/payments from my clients now!! Just WISHING wix will help me SOON!!

    Why do users have to be member of the site before they can pay? It makes no sense whatsoever...

    Idea seems great, however the actual product is unusable. From a customers perspective, to sign up and pay for a subscription plan, which in my case would be to access a members site, the customer must first become a member of the site, which involves them signing up, waiting to be approved, maybe getting a confirmation email too if they're lucky (sarcasm) and then after this adventure they have to go back to the payment page to finally complete their transaction, which lets be honest, isn't going to happen. It could so easily be fixed by just removing the requirement that customers have to be site members and logged in to enter payment details. That way people customers can just complete their payment and signup to the website after should it be part of the service being provided. Fairly sure if this issue was fixed the reviews on here wouldn't be so dire and far more people would be actively using this.

      Hello, To give access to pages on your site, we need to check if your users have the plan. This is the reason why they have to sign up. We are thinking of a way to performance a guest checkout now.

    This does not work seemlisly at all. Willing to change rating if Wix actually helps me.

    I weekly yoga sessions I host on Zoom. I wanted to create a subscription for people to make it easy for them. You buy the subscription and then you have to manually sign up for the class every time you want to use it... I wish it was more user friendly
