   DISAPPOINTED - ON PHONE WITH SOMEONE THAT CAN'T HELP ME

   I purchased this app and was very excited about it. I was thinking that I could take this and put the pricing plan on multiple pages. I mean, this is what you (WIX) has. Why can't the consumer like us have it? And when I asked for a price adjustment, they were not honoring it. I shared with them (customer service), would you like it if I only paid you a third of what this is worth? WIX, you are a BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY/CORPORATION. Work with your clients better. I know that no one's perfect, but the customer needs to feel at ease with products especially if they are paying money to make money. The majority of us using WIX is a small business. I know my company : Stories to Savor is. And we look to help other small business by creating promotional videos. How can my operation continue when an important feature doesn't work? Work with us and truly help make the customer(s) a bit more satisfied. Maybe Under Cover boss should select you to be a show.

   Grow with us PLEASE!

   This app saved my outdoor yoga during Covid, but it just came to my attention that my clients have not been required to sign the required registration that they do on my website. This means that 1000+ clients that have registered on my app for yoga, do not actually have a waiver on file with me... let alone a first name (everything apparently auto fills from their email address or Facebook account) Wix continues to tell me to add the waiver to my website... which it is. They'd like me to add a button to my app so that this waiver can individually be acknowledged by 1000+ students... this is just creating room for human error on a product that is meant to be automating both management and user experiences. Wix we seriously need a mandatory login credentials for our clients. I cannot fathom how I this issue will logistically be resolved and need an automated solution that requires each student to input Name (first + last), contact info needed as well as waivers.

   Multiple Pricing Plan Pages

   I have two different types of membership and offer different pricing plans to each. Is there no way to to have a separate pricing plan page for each type of membership? It won't allow me to duplicate my pricing plan page and move the copy to another area.

   Limited options

   There is no possibility to offer PROMO codes to people which for my page is hugely limiting as I work with marketing companies that would need sometimes thousands of these codes.

    There are many simple things this app is not capable of doing. For example it misses a plan detail page.

    Subscription with a physical product to deliver

    My business is subscription based for a physical delivery every month. This app does not let my customer add a delivery address. I now have their money but no where to send their product!!! this is going to destroy my business before i start. AHHHH. This function seriously needs to be added very quickly. Looks like i'll have to rebuild my website elsewhere. Wish I knew these failings before i started. WIX fix quickly please.

    Is not perfect but ok

    I like this tool, it is a really good Idea for my Academy. But I have a big problem whit it. if the customer wants to pay, only the price is shown. Without a reference to VAT, it would be great if you could install it and thus display the price with or without VAT. the customer then adds the VAT at the checkout when paying. There is also a missing menu before payment is sent. Like e.g. I agree to the terms and conditions & cancellation policy or data protection notice. It would be great if you could have invoices automatically created in the back office for the member packages. You make me really happy if you can chance this Options.

    Thank God these reviews exist, otherwise I might have unknowingly installed a completely under developed piece of software. Wix, recurring billing functionality is what I need. When will it be robust and ready for use?

    Quite Basic

    Can't seem to add the pricing plan in homepage. Seems like it only works in an individual page. Users have to log in to purchase a plan which is a deal breaker.

    Plans don't cancel correctly

    Good until customers have asked to cancel plans which we have done. However, it still allows them to access pages that are only for subscribers. Massive problem. Asking WIX for urgent help.

    Low options

    I added this app on my web site because I wanted to sell my subscription but ı cannot take payment. Wix payments and Paypal do not work in my country/Turkey. I use Iyzico but these are not combined.

    You can not change susbcription page

    When somebody tries to enter into a paiment page have to read something like only susbcriebers, but visitors are very confused for that; it could be good to change that messege for improving what we want to sell.

    Unable to Manage Active Memberships

    In theory great idea, but it's crazy that we can't download a .csv of our paid active members. We literally have to go back and forth manually to update a spreadsheet of active members several times a week as we need active membership updates regularly for people within our organization. There are some great features, but if you are a membership organization it needs some basic functionalities added.

    Membership Donations

    I want to offer a "sponsorship plan" to my page for my gym customers who want to help cover expenses for my gym without having to create a go fund me with everything going on with covid 19. Unfortunately they keep having to book sessions and choose days instead of just paying a fee that is not attached to booking service. is there any option to set them up on a monthly fee that does require going to my boring calendar?

    This is okay... But since you can not export your customer data (site-members) from wix, don't use it if you have a physical product to sell. If it is only online everything is good.

    Poorly Designed

    Customers find the layout overwhelming, they can’t compare plans very well. There’s no option to have a table to list what one plan has over another and on mobile you can’t even see them next to each other.

    Confusing

    Why does it automatically create a user login? I want my customers to be able to subscribe but I don't need them to log in. Is it possible to offer use paid plans and bypass the customer login option? Also, why is there no KLARNA payment offered with paid plans? I asked the helpdesk the above several times. The answers I received were so confusing that I still don't know.

       Hi, thanks for your review. Mandatory login is required because we need your client to sign up as a member so that we could assign him with the role of a Paid Plan. We are working on improving this flow by moving the sign up step to the check out page. In the meantime, you can try creating a custom sign up form (https://support.wix.com/en/article/creating-a-custom-signup-form-for-your-members-area) that would look more like part of your site and cause less confusion to your clients. Also, with Paid Plans and recurring payments are being processed only with Wix Payments, Stripe and PayPal. However, you can use any payment provider with one-time plans.

    I use this but it needs work

    1. You should be able to edit memberships (put them on hold, change them between plans or change between plan duration). 2. There is no option for fortnightly plans. 3. Plans shouldnt cancel when a person misses a payment, this makes it hard for them to sign back up again and results in loss of customers. 4. It would be good if you could invite someone to join a plan that you have set up for them. 5. I would like to run a promo code give customers a free trial but there is no option for this.

We have not thought of putting memberships on hold, and we will work on plan tiers in the future that would allow switching between plans for the client and the user 2.     When my guests attempt to buy a plan, they are required to become a member. How do I turn this off? I want them to buy first, then become a member.

    Issues...

    This seems to be the only Wix app that allows for recurring charges. I'm trying to use it for a monthly subscription box that I mail to customers. Problem is, when a customer purchases the subscription, I am not provided their address. Also, my customers have no way of viewing their subscriptions, they do not show up in their purchases on the member pages. In fact their subscription does not show up ANYWHERE on the member pages, nor do I see an option to add it there. Which means that they cannot cancel their subscription, view when it will renew...nothing. This seems like it could be a great app, it just needs some additional features.

    Not totally customizable. i would like to have one list of plans on one page and another list on another page but this app does not let me. there is no way to give a site member a customized plan without them seeing every other members plan

    So many limitations! Not a positive experience on the customer side.

    There is no ability to set up join fee and monthly/annual fee in the same transaction. Customers have to complete 2 completely different transactions. Difficult/clunky process leads to less paying customers/members. It's also not possible to set up and pay for membership at the same time as purchasing apparel or events.

    Missing vital options

    Customer/member data integration is lacking. subscriber can only select plan, no additional parameters. And there's no where for the customer to change details specific to their plan.

    So far, my nightmare

    I have been on the phone to customer service who wanted to help me but they utlimately couldn't find a solution. I am in Canada, I want to sell paid plans, I want to be able to set them up both online and in person. I can't do this right now. I have already ordered all of the Square POS hardware which is going to essentially be useless because I can't sell a paid plan thorugh square so now I have to have a second payment system. I chose wix becuase it advertises to be able to do everything in one place but that is not proving to be true. Thanks for the not very intuitive system. ALSO DESPERATELY want to be able to show my full calendar in Bookings rather than have my clients have to click on each individual class before they can book. How hard is it to just have an option to show booking calendar? I can see it in the back end, why can't my clients?

    More options/fixes are needed

    With all its complexities, there are some problems. Here's what I need: 1. For the free trial plan, I need the period of time to be less than 7 days. I need to be able to put a number of days in, not just choose a week. Right now 7 days is the minimum, and that's too long for the services I am providing. 2. I should be able to put in terms and conditions in the box on the free plan, just like the other plans. 3. After the free trail is up, people can just come back and do it again, and again, and again, unless I manually block them, 4. I need to be able to put the pricing form on the front page of my website. Right now it is on its own page and can't be moved. 5. The permissions page is hokey and you have to scroll after clicking the mouse on it to the right and you cant see all of the plans that I have created. Also I should be able to delete plans so that they don't show in the permissions page. These are just a few of the issues I have with the Paid Plans by Wix. If any of this is already possible, please let me know.

       Hi, Thank you for your review. Let me answer your questions. 1. You can define as many days for free trial as you want. Just select the Custom option on the duration dropdown. Check step 2 here https://support.wix.com/en/article/creating-a-plan-in-paid-plans 2. You can add a disclaimer to you plan. Check step 5 here https://support.wix.com/en/article/creating-a-plan-in-paid-plans 3. People can buy a plan with a free trial period multiple times but a free trial is applied to that plan only once. We are working on a feature to limit the number of times that the same customer could purchase a plan and this will be out shortly. 4. We are working on this feature.     Why Can't I use Online Shop for Payment?

    Hello, I've managed to customise the pricing plan to look ok but my problem is I want customers to pay via my online shop and not via the built in paid plan booking system. Doesn't make sense to have 2 different payment processing on the same website. How do I remove the buttons completely?

    Simple, No multiple features!

    It is simple to use and convenient. However, some customisations are needed such as coupons, enabling a selection from 2 or more payment options, sitting countdown on special limited time offers. Another major problem I have faced is that many of my customers buy a plan and access the membership content today, but they are unable to access the paid pages tomorrow. So, I have to "manually" activate their payment again. It happens at a rate of 20% of my customers and have started to become very annoying to me (as I have to receive emails from ,y customers complaining about this issue and then I have to go and activate their accounts manually every time) and to my customers. I hope these things are improved soon.

    Admin fee

    I've been looking to this app in order to add it to my site but I can't find anywhere how to add an initial payment or administration fee different to the plan. For example, 12 months plan at £10 but, on the first instalment, add a fee of £20; therefore, month 1 payment is £30 and, after that, £10 per month for 11 months. A bit disappointed with the bad reviews here about this app so I will wait until a new update is done.

    No Log Out button for customers who purchased a plan

    I had a customer add her info on my laptop to sign up for a package, when I got home her info is now perminatly in the text boxes and If i wanted to set up another customer using my laptop I would not be able to. Please include a log in/log out button for customers when they want to access their paid plan benefits.

    Shows duplicate buttons on mobile

    I'm not trying to do anything complicated, just give members of a nonprofit's local chapter the chance to renew their membership (full year or half year) online. Seems like Paid Plans would be great for that, except that every version of the page on mobile shows TWO buttons under the first (highlighted) plan option. I cannot figure out a way to remove the extra button! This is before I've even tested it out to see if I have any of the other problems mentioned by other users... *sigh*
