A few tweaks could make it better

Easy to setup just wish there was more flexibility with the plan length and payment options. It would be good to be able to set an expiry date rather than a fixed number of months. We use it to collect our player fees for the season so would be good to set the end date of 31/12. For the recurring payment option it would be good if the length of the plan wasn't linked to the payment frequency so a payment plan option could be setup. eg. total cost split over 3 monthly payments but plan lasts for 12 months.

The app seems to have stopped working for us recently.

It was going fine until today when people are getting a "Page isn't Available" message when trying to subscribe to our page. The chat wasn't able to help. All of our searching shows a likely app problem. Update: It wasn't down for very long and wix team fixed it and let me know ASAP. I appreciate that.

Easy to use

It is very easy to use and is just awesome in general. The reason I give a 4/5(it is more like a 4.5/5) is because you have to upgrade to use it. But that might be just Wix the website.

Duplicate a form

Hey Guys, great feature but I can't find a way of duplicating a form. This would be a really handy feature for plans that are similar to save time re-doing the forms each time!

The Wix studio version's styling options don't work

I added rounded corners and tried to remove the border and that styling does not work.

Fine, can be better.

Fine, not great, but at least works as expected. Main problem is the app layout and how it interacts with other page elements. It's not responsible and if widget for examples contains some drop-down element, this will also move other elements on page. This behavior i see in most Wix native apps in Editor. They basically need to put inside the dedicated section to stop this behavior, which makes it not flexible to embed. I also would like to have normal access to App data, I think it's good when we can activate page elements according to User's Purchased Plan ID, or something like that. But i cannot find it, only whole page access.

Good but Needs more Options

The pricing plan app so far has been good but needs more options to for us to run our subscription based business better. 1. For the pricing plans with a recurring subscription, using the number of weeks setting, I would like to be able to extend the subscription so I can push out when the next renewal date would be. We have it set for recurring every 4 weeks, but depending on the customer, we may need it to be extended, so that instead of it renewing at the 4 week mark, I want it to renew at the 6 week mark just for the next one. I can only suspend which limits their access and I must remember to reactivate or have them cancel and I don't want them to cancel. 2. I want to set the renewal sooner and get the customer's confirmation to allow it. Similarly, I need them to pay sooner but it doesn't allow me to choose an earlier date. If I could change it and have them do an email confirmation, it would be easier. If it had these features then it would be 5 stars.

Please add inquiry feature

need an option to not show the price, so the visitor only can see the service list with inquiry button

App is great - but could be even better,

Pricing plans work perfectly for what we need at our non-profit business, offering people low cost subscriptions or payment plans with incredible returns and monthly support and meetings. However, the app can be limited in some scenarios. For example, written in our rules, all members subscriptions are considered expired after the 31st of May. Because you cannot set a specific end date on the administration side of the pricing plans, this somewhat limits us, and we simply have to exclaim in the T&Cs that the plan will be cancelled by ourselves after our AGM ready for renewals for the next season. Overall, a great application but could become better if features like this were considered.

Works almost exactly how I needed it to.

One of the best pricing plan implementations that I have been able to find. I just need the ability to limit the number of each individual service added to each plan, i.e 1x Intro Class and 3x Tutoring Class. If this is added in a future update it will be perfect!

Some useful features are missing

I really like using Pricing Plans, but there's a drawback that it's not possible to connect a course service to a Pricing Plan. This feature was tentatively scheduled for the last quater of 2023, but was delayed.

This app is SO close to being there now... Needs GROUP Pricing Plans BADLY

Pricing Plans is an incredible feature. If you want to create a individual membership site, look no further. However, I see planned is a GROUP pricing plan feature which is DESPERATELY needed to sign up, for example, an entire University to your platform or a high school studio, members of a specific organization... etc. Also, Pricing Plans REALLY needs AUTOMATED COUPON DISCOUNTS. For example.. I want to be able to offer a lower price to potential members from specific countries that cannot afford my usual membership price. It's not fair to members from Venezuela or Malaysia to have to pay the same as Switzerland. The currency is way too variable. Wix... PLEASE!!! Group Pricing Plans and get the applyCoupon function into Pricing Plans instead of just Wix Stores. We need to be able to add Velo Functionality to apply automated coupon codes to our pricing plans. Thanks!

How to end the subscription at a specific date

Hi, i have installed that app. Our membership ends the 28 of february. How can I do that? It's not 12 months if they don't buy it on the first of march. Thanks

Need some way to do a calculation

This is definitely a niche feature. But I ran into an issue where I really needed to base the price of a pricing plan on a calculation. For instance: user inputed number x $ amount + $amount = pricing plan price. Would be amazing if we could do that kind of functionality, but I know that's a pretty big ask.

The content detaches itself from the plan

Courses - no problem, files - no problem. Unfortunately, every few days the articles disconnect themselves from the plan - all of them suddenly become free for no reason. I have to hook them up again. Subscription is useless for a blog. Additionally, WIX itself has poor support. There's no way to contact them. If I can't make money efficiently on my website, it's hard for me to extend my subscription with you. @edit: it seems to me that it only incorrectly displays posts in the list in the admin view as unpinned. If we do not edit the entry, it still remains as a subscription and only with the purchased subscription. Incorrectly displays only the hook. but overall it works. It's very confusing. It's the same with translations. Displays 1/2 (Polish only) but in fact the article has a translation.

Good app but needs better options for multiple plans

It would be good to be able to add multiple plans in collection like products, because I am working on website that sells digital licenses with subscription method and I would like to be able to categorize plans into single collection when editing it on website and when I need to add them into automatized emails. Also better naming option for plans, so that I can see the difference between plans with same names.

More display options please

This is a very helpful tool that is easy to setup and use but I would like more display options. For instance, a simple list to show all service & pricing options would be useful.

Its madness

Whilst I find this useful, its deeply annoying that we cannot select some plans to be shown in different pages, please can you reconsider this! I have had USE another system to create more plans, as I have members plans and non members and I dont want non member to be able to see or book members plans!

It works but that's it.

A few more adjustments and this could be a good app. It's missing a few basic customizations. For example, there should be an option to choose (no plan duration)and just allow for a one time purchase of a service.

[UPDATED] Can be amazing, but not now...

Working perfect, amazing API, but: - No coupon codes. - No option of customization of thank you page (Even thank you message), or what happens after plan purchased (for example, go to the X page of my website) I already voted for everything possible. Wix pricing plans team, you can do it! I believe in you, guys! We all NEED these features. Thank you!

This app does what it has to do. Using it for over a year now and satisfied about it, except for one thing. There are no possibilities for commercial promotions: subscribe now and get the first recurring period with 50% reduction.

Good, but have questions.

I like this app. Is there a way to add a client's purchase to the client's order history? When my clients purchase a membership, it does not get added to their order history. Only wix "shop" purchases get added. It's causing confusion. Is there a way from my client to see their reoccurring charges on their account on my website?

Really good spirit. Need an option for me ... add multiple suscription option.

Could you add an option for multiple subscription. For exemple a client want buy 75 seat helpdesk service support. Actually he must suscribe 75 times ....

My site is more simple than most, this app is workin well for me, however it would be much more useful if I could use it to restrict access to some content on a page rather than just the entire page. Can this functionality be added to this app? - thanks

when i try to add participants there is no option to pay with a plan. It just show number of group. This is happening recently

I'd like to be able to charge tax for the plans I'm selling. Is this possible? How are people accounting for tax if they're not adding it to the order?

I've been using Paid Plans since I started offering paid services. It's been great but I desperately need discount codes/coupons so that I can offer them as incentives to customers. It'll really help in building my customer base. I hope this feature comes already as it's been on the Request for ages now.

Paying 2, 3, 4 times

The possibility of paying in 2, 3, 3, 4 times is missing Enjoy your meal but how to put the colors of the sitex( the page with the ok rates) on the payment page, no possibility?

Great app, but... 1.) No option to enter and consider customer Tax ID in the checkout form as required for the invoice 2.) Payment methods missing like PayPal etc. - only credit card 3.) The VAT value is not visible on the checkout ( like in the shop checkout ) - are taxes considered after checkout?
