Why is there a cost of 2% per transaction? There are other platform that does not have this policy. I am contemplating not renewing my subscription when it ens. I have been having problems with the updates and just the general stability of my website.

I've gotten by with this for nearly 2 years. But 1 thing that would make this significantly better would be to apply coupons other than existing memberships for my clients. Please build this in. 😉

Hi Wix Support, We are using the Business Plan and have the Pricing Plans app installed. We’re trying to use the getCurrentMemberOrders() function from the wix-pricing-plans-backend module via backend (Velo). However, we receive this error: getCurrentMemberOrders is not a function We’ve already: • Removed and reinstalled the Pricing Plans app • Confirmed the module is visible in the backend • Tried calling it from a .web.js file Can you please clarify: 1. Is getCurrentMemberOrders() officially supported under the Business Plan? 2. If not, what is the recommended way to programmatically retrieve active subscription details? Thanks in advance!

Payment page not working Properly
I love wix price plan application but now i totally hate about that because When my students try to get a subscription, they receive an error message saying the payment can't be processed. I have already connected the Casefree payment gateway, but it still asks me to connect a payment method. Please solve these issues; I want these features.

Is there a possibility to connect plans and subscriptions to more than one payment option? We have Stripe and would need Tabby. Please advise

Plan Ordered Trigger Not Getting Called
I have created an automation, so that when a user purchases a pricing plan, a Velo code should execute. While during testing the velo code gets executed, but when a user actually purchases a plan, this code is not getting called. The automation is active, its just not getting called. The automation trigger is 'When : Plan Ordered', and action is a 'Run Velo code'.

Terrible and not user friendly for a CORE feature
This barely works, theres no monthly/ yearly option. I cant make a new plan and add it to the website. This needs to be completely rebuilt. ASAP. There are so many things wrong with wix and the only reason Im not swapping to wordpress or another option is because Im an icon member and several of my clients websites are made with Wix.
