    Poor Support for tech issues

      Hi there, I'm sorry you weren't happy with Retarget app. As mentioned on our ongoing communication, your app was active and you have already got traffic and clicks to your website. The only tech issue was the connection to your Google analytics, which we tried to solve together, although it was not a problem on our end and none of our clients have ever experienced this kind of issue. We're working hard to help small businesses advertise through retargeting, just like the big companies.     Trash, DO NOT USE

    they gave me a trial, i had issues with it and i emailed them and never got an answer, its been installed on my site for 3 weeks and i haven't seen one single visit from it, it doesn't even deserve one star

However, please note that there is a review process that usually takes up to one week before your ad starts running, and your stats are reaching the accounts dashboard. We are doing our best to give professional and efficient customer support, and we always try to improve. As for our product and ad creation process, we recently deployed massive updates to automate the process so that the ad will be created faster, and its settings are more accurate.     No support so far

    Signed up almost 2 weeks ago and still have no ad running. For $100 a month, I expect better servicing for my busy website. I have submitted multiple tickets to support with NO reply. I will be reporting to wix and asking for a refund if I do not have an ad running in the next 24hours.

      Hi Lauren, I'm sorry you had to wait for our response, we usually reply within 24 hours when contacting us through the chat widget inside the app. As for your campaign, our account executive sent you an email as soon as she saw your review and made sure to check and launch your ads. Please note that your ads are currently running after being approved by Google.       Hi, First of all - we offer a flat fee service, all costs included. We reviewed your account, and you have less than 0 visitors. Retargeting needs a few visitors (2-3/day is a good start) to start working. We're also contacting you in private.

    Don't spend your money

    The app loading time is so slow. Customer service didn't respond for any of my inquires for more than a week. It's been almost 2 weeks since I have created a campaign, and approval is still pending. I've paid $100 for the first month of the subscription, and I have been promised 24 hours of campaign approval. It is more like 240 hours, and campaign is still being reviewed. This app is a scam.

    Very, very bad.

    In fact, for a month of using the application there was not a single click! NO ONE CLICK! At my request, the support answered: pay more - then there will be customers. I do not advise anyone to use this application. This is the worst application.

      Hi, Thank you for your review. We responded to your email regarding your stats and explained that the Retarget "Starter" plan only shows ads to people who had previously visited your website. As your website has close to zero traffic, your ads do not get many views which is probably why you saw no clicks. With our higher tiered plans, we bring new users to your website, which is why we suggested it. We are always looking for ways to improve the app experience, and we are using your feedback to think of new ways we can help websites that pay but have very low traffic, and we keep lowering the minimum number of unique users required for retargeting to kick in.
