Forget about "Getting more Reviews" Feature
I have spent so much time sending out batches of contacts to request reviews, and no one received the email request.

You have a very needed app on Wix and you decide to design so ugly... why?.... instead of taking advantage of the hole that exist in the wix market.... i recommend you to check my product page and see how your app should look....

The speed does not change.
The app is not very user friendly. I tried to change the speed setting to flow faster, but nothing changes. Also it keeps asking me to upgrade even though I already have a monthly subscription.

Cannot find where to add badge
I paid for the upgrade but cannot add the badge onto the site (no where to be found) - also I cannot contact support as the feature does not work.

A lot of setup for very little result
It is not stated how the reviews are displayed on the site. Turns out it's only displayed as a little badge. That's not what I want and now I've wasted all this time.

UPDATE - not working any longer
UPDATE: I have attempted multiple Upgrades and this no longer seems to be working. Requests are no longer going out and a 2 star review was just posted and is not masked as it should be. Unsure why I am unable to update or why this 2-star review is visible. We added the app to help boost our opportunities to gain reviews on our GBP. We don't always solicit feedback as we always feel if they like us, they will leave us a review. They may like us but don't always take a moment to share their experience. This app has helped us reach those customers in a timely fashion that makes it easy for them to rate and review our business.

I can't tell what this app can actually do.
All I can find is a hyper-speed demo video. I'm not really sure what this thing does. Oh, it puts a floating widget on my site that kind of links people to my page on Google? There's a "test" function to send someone to Google reviews? It looks like this would only work if someone is buying things from my site - then it does a popup of some kind. No thanks. I needed something that makes it easy for people to review my services, not their shopping cart style purchase.

Hi, Thank you for your review I am sorry if you fill unsatisfied just to clarify our App indeed adds a widget that shows your Google Business Reviews and rating. In addition it will send emails to your costumers after purchase requesting to review your website thus giving you a chance to get a higher Google Review thus boosting your website in Google search. For users that don't have any orders we also provide an option to upload emails manually and the App will send those request automatically. The test option that you mentioned is used by merchants to send email to them self's and check if it looks as they expected.
