Better Syncing - Customer Support
Syncee is great except for the fact it isn't a constant update on product availability. Unless you can sit in front of a computer and hit update all day for every single import list, things can sell out and it won't update in your store, then a customer will have purchased an item sold out for you to refund them. It auto-syncs twice a day, but major concerns and issues with it now, before the holidays even occur. There are a lot of great things that give you control, but this being one that you can't control for the customer's experience is a huge issue. I had paid for the higher service tier to have 24/7 customer support, and to find out that is not a thing. That is just their AI to tell you that urgent matters will be handled only when someone is back in the office during business hours. This is a bait-n-switch model with false promises.

Our experience with Syncee has been nothing short of a disaster.
Our experience with Syncee has been nothing short of a disaster. Not only did they fail to deliver the items on time, but the complete absence of customer service made the situation even worse. Every supplier we were connected to through their platform delayed shipments, leaving our operations hanging and our clients disappointed. Thanks to Syncee’s poor management and lack of accountability, our brand has suffered serious reputational damage. We trusted this platform to support our supply chain, and instead, it became a liability. There is no excuse for such negligence, especially from a company that claims to serve e-commerce businesses. We will never use Syncee again and strongly advise others to think twice before putting their brand in the hands of such an unreliable platform.

Crazy Over Priced Plus S & H
I am returning to see if this app has improved a tiny bit, and I lost $29.00 for just looking around. Its not worth the high prices and shipping and handling. Its not worth having these folks for drop shipping or being able to make a decent turn around in my store front.
