    Great customer support

    I had an issue with a supplier's charges. Customer service escalated it to management and management called me right away to help me resolve the issue. Management stated they will keep the seller accountable for pricing and will also help me find other suppliers who ship to Canada within my niches.

    Good Products and Customer Service

    The products are a good selection and whenever I have issues the customer services reps in chat are very helpful. I had a good experience with Leah today with an order and she was able to help me troubleshoot the issue.

    Good variety on products

    Love the amount of items to choose from without even needing to get the Premium plan. Only complaint is that the loading times on the item pages can get a bit boggy due to all the graphics. I've experienced this on a few different platforms and internet connections so I'm pretty certain it's not just my tech.

    Spocket Site updates

    I again want to thank John for his help. I cannot quite give a five yet and here is the reason why, on the site when searching for products if the program would do a couple of things different it would be great. One wish it would filter out the items I already pushed out to the store. Many times I have to loaded pages and pages to get to items that I haven't already pushed out the store. Second, when I am pushing items out to the store I get a red indicator indicating the items is not available, if the program would have flagged to those items when I clicked on "add to import list", I wouldn't have to go back and tell it to remove the items from my import list. The other problem I notice it will on WiX create a page with a blank picture, meaning I have to delete that pages as well or hide.
