Please cancel my Spocket subscription and disable all future automatic charges immediately. The Wix “Go to Dashboard” link does not work and displays “invalid instance” and “invalid signature,” so I cannot access the Spocket dashboard. Please confirm in writing that my subscription and automatic renewal have been cancelled. The day I added my card details the website now no longer is there. DO NOT USE THIS APP

WARNING: Hidden Charges and Shady Billing Practices with Sprocket App

I tried using the Sprocket app but couldn’t get past the sign-up for a year screen. I wasn’t going to commit to a full year without knowing if it suited my company's needs, so I went with another app, AUTODS. Weeks later, I noticed Sprocket charged me a monthly fee, even though I never fully signed up! This is 100% a scam. Sprocket uses shady tactics known as “dark billing” or “negative option billing” designed to trap users in unwanted subscriptions. Watch out for: 1. Auto-Renewal by Default 2. Difficult Cancellation Process 3. Lack of Reminders 4. Small, Easy-to-Miss Charges 5. Bundling or Upgrading Without Consent I also called Wix since Sprocket is hosted there. They claimed they couldn’t issue a refund because it’s a third-party app. Great way to avoid responsibility for apps hosted on your platform! Bottom line: Avoid Sprocket. Sneaky billing, hard cancellations, zero support.

SCAM DO NOT BUY

If I could give this app negative stars I would. They offered me a free trial for 14 days if I selected their premium plan, which I bought into thinking I could cancel my subscription which they claimed you could cancel at anytime. When I attempted to cancel there was no option to cancel it, I had to go through a chat bot in order to cancel which they took 3 business days to do. I also thought they wouldn't charge me until the trail was over, but instead they took out $100 and claimed that the trail end date was on the same day I signed up. So this is false advertisement, there trying to get people to sign up to there site by marketing it as free when in reality they take your money and run. I advise anyone getting this app to take this review seriously, don't let my mistake happen to you. ITS A SCAM

I am SO UPSET

I have spent five months going back and forth with Spocket customer service trying to get the dang app installed on my Wix site and it never worked. They couldn't figure it out and I ended up using a different drop shipping app that works great. The WORST part about it is that Spocket won't refund me? They couldn't even figure out how to get the app added to my site, it's not my fault, and yet they WON'T refund me! They just kept escalating the issues and bouncing me around to difference customer care workers. As a small business owner their annual fee is a big investment, I told them this and they ended up just ignoring my (kind and patient) emails. I never leave bad reviews, I'm so upset, I actually took the time to write this to warn everyone..

Plans are not what they say

On the App Market it says free plan available. When going through the setup there was no free plan option and the prices are higher for the paid plans than previously stated. This just makes me incredibly wary and I am now uninstalling it.

Very bad service

The service does not work and they charged me for the full month when it clearly says on their site that it has a 14-day trial, I feel scammed, the customer service uses a robot and does not provide solutions. Very disappointed.

Cannot connect Wix to Spocket or vice versa

Was trying for a several days to connect Wix to Spocket, but after accepting the terms, only what I see is a blank page, not even an error message. Wrote to Wix support, nothing was done. On Spoket it shows that Wix store is not connected. This is getting very annoying.

I HATE IT - Worst experience

I cant even log into my account to cancel my subscription. Please help

They hide the truth about trial refund!!!!

YOU WON'T GET A REFUND IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS CONNECTED TO WIX DURING THE TRIAL!!!! I have tried their trial - I bought a premium plan for 1 month, and before that, I carefully read their refund policy. Then I wanted to get my money back since during your 14-day trial you can do it as they write. Unfortunately, they nowhere write that you won't get a refund if you buy their premium plan and your account is connected to Wix. They hid the truth and said they couldn't do anything when I wrote to them. Be careful with it and if you are not sure don't buy a premium plan for a trial if your account is connected to Wix. They nowhere inform about it and don't want to give money back. (EDIT: DO NOT BELIEVE IN THEIR RESPONSE!!! I have contacted them before writing this opinion and they told me that they can not do anything. So if you now really want to help write to me and don't paste answer with wrong email)

Absolutely terrible handling of orders.

In the middle of the order, someone who pays $100 a month, was asked to verify my account. Okay, no worries, I'll go ahead and verify. Problem was, they didn't accept my passport, which is wild. Okay, I used my ID which was accepted. In the middle of all of this, I also realized my orders weren't being updated, at all. I reached out and they said my account needed to be verified before the orders went through. Wait, what? The money left my account, the order should go through regardless?? Fine, account verified. Another problem, one of the orders was low on stock and went out of stock in the middle of all of this. Both products from the same supplier were canceled and refunded. Chatting with suppliers does nothing. Suppliers aren't held accountable for anything. It's been 16 days, literally, nothing has been updated, and because of the mismanagement, my company has been put in a bad light. Find any other dropshipper and use them. Spocket is terrible. Over $750 is gone.

Just too many app issues.

The cust service tried their best to make this app work and they are friendly, but this app really needs some work. Make sure you try the free trial and if you should decide to pay - go monthly at first. If problems arise after you pay - you have 14 days. Once again... the csr's tried.

Does not open when I try to add it to wix!

Whenever I try to add spocket to wix it goes to a blank page saying {"message":""} And to be honest I was going to start using it but I guess not! Im really not happy on how it turned out.

You sign up, you can't cancel

I didn't sell not one item even with the higher $99 package. Also they don't make it easy to cancel subscription. But they are continuously trying to charge as I have locked my card.

Not supportive of small business at all.

Originally browsing this store for cat products there was plenty of choice available that were not 'Premium'. However, after paying for a subscription so I could upload to my store, the app wouldn't work for over a week. I have had no offer of refund for this despite numerous emails to try and get help to sort this issue out. Then, once I figured out how to resolve the issue myself, now I find all the products with the word 'cat' in the title or description are now surprisingly only available if you upgrade to 'Premium' very effective algorithm Spocket. Using this app has not felt very supportive at all. The feature that removes your subscription payment from your account works extremely well!

Not recommended

Compared to other dropshipping websites, Spocket offers a wide variety of products. In the meantime, those listed products aren't available in the supplier's stock, so when orders are placed, they are cancelled a couple of days later or even after a week. I had nearly ten orders cancelled by a supplier because they were out of stock within a single day as a result of which eBay closed my account. On the basis of my experience, I do not recommend Spocket for UK dropshippers.

Misleading and Not Accountable

I work with multiple retail clients and have also used Spocket for one of my other businesses and found them to be misleading, offering bait and switch tactics and avoiding to resolve issues. They charged my account on the 1st day of a 14day trial period, then refused to refund the charge. They placed that responsibility on the host platform, when it is indeed their offer and service. From a fulfillment standpoint, a lot of the vendors that they host as Top or Premier vendors, don't fulfill orders in the promised delivery timeframe. I had long made the decision to not use them personally, but still informed clients about the option to gage their own experience. After this last issue, I will no longer be recommending them to clients. *Updated Response to Erwin* I sent a copy of the invoice showing the charge the same day the trial was to start. I was told it wouldn't be refunded. Spocket needs to remove the Free Trial verbiage if they're not willing to offer to Wix customers.

Not great with orders and shipping

I have had and used this app for a month now, and received an order for a customer on 8/21/2022, and just received an email today from Spocket to inform me that the order has been canceled due to the supplier did not ship the order in a timely manner. I am starting my business, by using drop shipping suppliers, and this is not the experience I expected. Usually I would give it a chance, but this is something that I am really trying to make it work, considering this is my first time starting my online business, and I just cannot invest in monthly payments with a supplier that does not keep up their end of the bargain.
