Do not add this app to your website- It is a fraud

Please cancel my Spocket subscription and disable all future automatic charges immediately. The Wix “Go to Dashboard” link does not work and displays “invalid instance” and “invalid signature,” so I cannot access the Spocket dashboard. Please confirm in writing that my subscription and automatic renewal have been cancelled. The day I added my card details the website now no longer is there. DO NOT USE THIS APP

without any notification, funds were deducted for a service that was suppose be on a trial period, i did not authorize any payments to be deducted without my consent....i want this to refunded and canceled !!!!! This is not the way to conduct your business by dropshipping into our bank accounts !!!!!!!

This is NOT FREE.

NOT SURE why would WIX connect with these people. There is a monthly or yearly fee. This is not a FREE service at ALL

WARNING: Hidden Charges and Shady Billing Practices with Sprocket App

I tried using the Sprocket app but couldn’t get past the sign-up for a year screen. I wasn’t going to commit to a full year without knowing if it suited my company's needs, so I went with another app, AUTODS. Weeks later, I noticed Sprocket charged me a monthly fee, even though I never fully signed up! This is 100% a scam. Sprocket uses shady tactics known as “dark billing” or “negative option billing” designed to trap users in unwanted subscriptions. Watch out for: 1. Auto-Renewal by Default 2. Difficult Cancellation Process 3. Lack of Reminders 4. Small, Easy-to-Miss Charges 5. Bundling or Upgrading Without Consent I also called Wix since Sprocket is hosted there. They claimed they couldn’t issue a refund because it’s a third-party app. Great way to avoid responsibility for apps hosted on your platform! Bottom line: Avoid Sprocket. Sneaky billing, hard cancellations, zero support.

SCAM DO NOT BUY

If I could give this app negative stars I would. They offered me a free trial for 14 days if I selected their premium plan, which I bought into thinking I could cancel my subscription which they claimed you could cancel at anytime. When I attempted to cancel there was no option to cancel it, I had to go through a chat bot in order to cancel which they took 3 business days to do. I also thought they wouldn't charge me until the trail was over, but instead they took out $100 and claimed that the trail end date was on the same day I signed up. So this is false advertisement, there trying to get people to sign up to there site by marketing it as free when in reality they take your money and run. I advise anyone getting this app to take this review seriously, don't let my mistake happen to you. ITS A SCAM

Suporte deixa muito a desejar

Tive um problema com a moeda padrão no app e o suporte não ajudou, 2 dias se passando e nada de uma resposta. Já pedi o cancelamento e obviamente demoram ainda mais pra responder. (I had a problem with the default currency in the app and support didn't help, 2 days passed and no response. I've already asked for cancellation and obviously it takes even longer to respond.)

I am SO UPSET

I have spent five months going back and forth with Spocket customer service trying to get the dang app installed on my Wix site and it never worked. They couldn't figure it out and I ended up using a different drop shipping app that works great. The WORST part about it is that Spocket won't refund me? They couldn't even figure out how to get the app added to my site, it's not my fault, and yet they WON'T refund me! They just kept escalating the issues and bouncing me around to difference customer care workers. As a small business owner their annual fee is a big investment, I told them this and they ended up just ignoring my (kind and patient) emails. I never leave bad reviews, I'm so upset, I actually took the time to write this to warn everyone..

Plans are not what they say

On the App Market it says free plan available. When going through the setup there was no free plan option and the prices are higher for the paid plans than previously stated. This just makes me incredibly wary and I am now uninstalling it.

Very bad service

The service does not work and they charged me for the full month when it clearly says on their site that it has a 14-day trial, I feel scammed, the customer service uses a robot and does not provide solutions. Very disappointed.

Cannot connect Wix to Spocket or vice versa

Was trying for a several days to connect Wix to Spocket, but after accepting the terms, only what I see is a blank page, not even an error message. Wrote to Wix support, nothing was done. On Spoket it shows that Wix store is not connected. This is getting very annoying.

Changing my review

Whilst some of the high end product photos are bad and I'm not happy about that. After contacting support I have been given some helpful ways to deal with that situation. Also I think the support has been excellent, which is why I decided to change my review and keep the app instead of going with an alternative.

They hide the truth about trial refund!!!!

YOU WON'T GET A REFUND IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS CONNECTED TO WIX DURING THE TRIAL!!!! I have tried their trial - I bought a premium plan for 1 month, and before that, I carefully read their refund policy. Then I wanted to get my money back since during your 14-day trial you can do it as they write. Unfortunately, they nowhere write that you won't get a refund if you buy their premium plan and your account is connected to Wix. They hid the truth and said they couldn't do anything when I wrote to them. Be careful with it and if you are not sure don't buy a premium plan for a trial if your account is connected to Wix. They nowhere inform about it and don't want to give money back. (EDIT: DO NOT BELIEVE IN THEIR RESPONSE!!! I have contacted them before writing this opinion and they told me that they can not do anything. So if you now really want to help write to me and don't paste answer with wrong email)
