    I hate this

    I’m on the plan and it doesn’t let me push my products to the store. It always gets stuck. So ridiculous.

    Not a fan

    Spocket cost me money by shipping defective product to my client. The worst part of all, they did little to resolve the issue. I'm out of this not small business friendly App.

    I got robed of 288 dollars

    Careful with this site, I bought a PRO plan and the moment I linked my Wix store I got redirected to another account and lost my credit card linked with the previous account and now it says I am basic after the charged my card.

    Generations are phantom toward becoming a millionaire that guarantees an unparalleled unique experience when selecting an online service that caters to a dropshipping multi-billion-dollar industry offering millions of products from the US & EU to its partner users. On Feb 18, 2021, ON, TORONTO, I was intrigued to purchase "Spocket", dropshipping software provider, after purchasing I've come across countless defaults and contacted customer service which led to sudden a drastic flare of rudeness, and debauchery of a customer service team to the never-ending ideal of lack of products, sync times, and its consistent need to crash, led me to write this review of a mindblowing service. Not interested in a conclusion and/or understanding statement, thank you.

    An absolute nightmare

    I simply want to be an customer and it is difficult. Won't let me upgrade my plan so that I can Import products. I'm literally trying to be a paying customer and can't. No help from customer service either.

    Site is a scam. They will deliver fake products. I have over 10k in sales and I can tell you it was not worth the headache. They to not check their suppliers and subsequently I had tons of items that didn't match the description and were fake

    Did not recognize my subscription

    I tried to let tech support fix the issue before writing a review but issue was not able to be resolved. I created a Spocket account, subscribed to the empire plan, imported over 100+ products. Once I connected my store, Spocket didn't recognize my subscription. The account settings shows my store and email but showed a free subscription. Contacted support, she acknowledged the issue, still no resolution. Didn't sell a thing lol
