    Great customer support

    I had an issue with a supplier's charges. Customer service escalated it to management and management called me right away to help me resolve the issue. Management stated they will keep the seller accountable for pricing and will also help me find other suppliers who ship to Canada within my niches.

    Good Products and Customer Service

    The products are a good selection and whenever I have issues the customer services reps in chat are very helpful. I had a good experience with Leah today with an order and she was able to help me troubleshoot the issue.

    Good variety on products

    Love the amount of items to choose from without even needing to get the Premium plan. Only complaint is that the loading times on the item pages can get a bit boggy due to all the graphics. I've experienced this on a few different platforms and internet connections so I'm pretty certain it's not just my tech.
