I Really Wanted This to Work
It was so important to have a system in place to close down my website on Shabbat. After looking into the 2 options availble, I chose Shabbat Shutdown. There was a 14 day free trial which made it safe to test. And that may be the root of this issue. After 2 Shabbats and my checking to see if my site was down, I saw that nothing had happened. I went back over the settings and found that I'm not allowed to set a custom message. Email capture isn't an option. I was also not able to contact support. I recieved continual errors when trying to ask for support. Sadly, I will have to delete this app and puchase the opposing app.
