About this App
Selling to customers in the European Union? Since 19 June 2026, online stores need a clearly labelled withdrawal button, and since 27 September 2026, stores selling goods also need the official EU notice on the legal guarantee. EU Shop Kit adds both to your store in minutes, in your shoppers' language, with the exact wording the law prescribes. Shoppers withdraw from a purchase in two steps and instantly receive a confirmation email with their statement. You get every request in one inbox, with the order details, the estimated end of the withdrawal period and proof of when it arrived. On the Pro plan, EU Shop Kit also shows product safety information under the General Product Safety Regulation, records your price history and shows the lowest price of the 30 days before a discount, as the Omnibus rules require. A checklist shows what is still missing. All shopper-facing texts are available in the 24 official EU languages. Data is hosted in the EU, personal data is encrypted, and no cookies or tracking are added to your storefront. EU Shop Kit provides technical tools for EU consumer law; it is not legal advice.
