Used to be good

I've used this for a few years and while manually syncing inventory across another platform was time consuming, it wasn't a huge deal when I could upload pictures directly to the listing from the app. Now that has gone away, and I'm just going to use the other platform. Too much of a pain to get on the computer every time I need to add a new picture.

Needs Work

its a hassle to add a request to quote button linked to your cart, this is straight forward for product stores.

Not helpful for bulk management

It's a pain in the boot working with categories, is not easy to delete them in bulk, additionally deleting the inventory in bulk makes too complicated and painful as it only allow deleting in batches of 999, but selecting them is so hard, it is almost impossible when you have inventories over 10k items.

Problematic app

I have been setting up my wix store here in wix studio and found several pain points: SUPER SLOW, photos are limited per product, there is no option to show a number of pieces sold each item, the check out page has VERY LIMITED customization. The check out page is my extreme problem of all - there is no shipping calculators available for me to program - because obviously, NOT ALL COURIERS IN THIS PLANET are going to make widgets for wix right? They should add shipping calculators that website owners can program. the shipment and delivery system is not enough. It should allow us to add a google API from maps so we can develop a local delivery system on our own, set our own prices according to distance and set a shipping calculator MOST OF ALL that can calculate fees by weight and region. Default regions are not enough. Here in our country there are a lot of regions not specified in the default wix region list. Cant also find the check out page to customize on the wix studio editor 🤦🏻‍

Very basic and outdated

This app works as advertised, but it is very limited in design changes or customisation. It lacks some basic features and the display outcome for clients is poor. It feels like a design from 10-15 years ago and you end up using multiple other apps to be able to customise this one.

Offline payment message

I cant customize the text in the checkout section. My client collects his payment at his clients place of business, and does not want his customers to see this message during checkout "We're not able to accept online payments at the moment. Please contact us to complete your purchase. Thanks."

WIX PAGAMENTOS SPAM!!!

Não vende, não aceita processar pagamento, SPAM em minha caixa de e-mail, segundo constava, eu não poderia comercializar no site, mas como consta minha ME esta ativa, inscrição estadual, e municipal!!!

Members Chat zeigt sensible Informationen von Kunden ( vor und Nachname ) in der Benachrichtigungsmail wenn ein Member ein anderes Member anschreibt und zeigt Echtnamen in der Wix Spaces App. Ein absolutes no go. Grad wo im Members Bereich angezeigt wird das dies Informationen nicht öffentlich sind

Needs more basic features.

Can't do customization on product pages like adding different images for different products under the store section. No customer review feature.

Les paiements par téléphone pour passer commande via ma boutique en ligne ne fonctionne pas, quelqu’un peut il me renseigner pour trouver le bug ? Ou me dire comment contacter Wix, je ne trouve aucune info à ce sujet. Merci.

It is very laborious to create different categories and then manage them for multiple products. While this system may suffice when dealing with only 10-20 variants, it becomes overwhelmingly chaotic as the number of variants approaches 100. Managing, updating prices, and especially assigning everything becomes nearly impossible. I don't understand why such a system can't be designed for clarity. Why can't I transfer prices from one product to another? There are so many intricacies. I am currently testing this system only for my side business, but I have bigger plans for the future. Based on my experiences, unfortunately, Wix does not seem to be a suitable option. It's a pity!

We keep getting an error message when completing a check out on our live site. We've been getting the message "There was a technical issue. We're working to fix it. Please try again later" on several occasions over the last two weeks. This is stopping customers from completing their orders which is a HUGE inconvenience. Please look into this issue and provide a permanent fix ASAP.
