   Shipping Options NEED HELP

   Wix store is great. Easy to navigate and create products. The only issue is with the shipping options. I can't ship everything in the same size box. Some of my products weigh more than others. The USPS calculated shipping is almost $3 too low consistently. After receiving 10 orders, I am out about $15 from my profits to cover the miscalculated shipping. Etsy was better, PERFECT, with their estimated shipping. Etsy's calculator was correct to the penny of the USPS cost, every time! Since this is so important, I had to deduct a few stars.

   Premium service but no automatic tax collection

   First, if like to point out the good things I like about the website. It's quite convenient and easy to set up. You get to see up your own websites URL and if course if you have the premium service there are a few perks... However, Wix offers a third party service for automatic tax collection through Avalera. The problem is that it's still in it's beta stage and only functional through the beta version of the app. Am I missing something because now I'd have to change it to manual, and paying for premium service is think that that would be a service that was included. Any suggestions? I'd be happy to change my rating if this can be fixed or if there is another process that I'm missing.

   Pretty good, but missing VERY IMPORTANT Standard Feature...

   A solution for this would make it a 5: PACKING SLIPS! Currently, we get copies of WIX website orders via an email and via the backend of the website. We need for our warehouse people to print packing slips - (basically the order without any prices on it). We don't want to give them access to the backend of our website, which doesn't provide packing slips anyway, but we have configured their warehouse computer to only receive the WIX email alerts that they print out and fulfill from. The problem with that is that the email notifications have a giant WIX splash screen on them and the WIX logo above the order. Then the order data is crammed into a narrow table under the WIX branding. If we had the ability to configure these emails that alert us such that we could put OUR logo in it and remove all the prices, then our packing slip problem would be solved. We've used other e-commerce systems and while Wix is quite robust, it's the only web solution we've used that does not provide a packing slip! I see that there are enhancement requests for a configurable email alert - if you all could implement that ASAP then you could kill two birds with one stone and make it a workaround for other small businesses that need packing slips too!!!!

   Great app but needs to step up.

   I love the ease of adding products and shop pages to the site. The ability to separate by collections per page is great for my inventory style. However, I do wish there was the ability to integrate with sites like Printful and ArtofWhere. I use these shops for my non-handmade items and not having to keep track of those orders manually would sure cut down on the boss's headaches. ;)

   Barely acceptable.

   When you put "All you need" in your tagline. It better be right. In this case it isn't. There are tons of features people need to set up and manage there stores that arent available here. One example would be reviews and ratings systems for store products. Can't imagine why this isn't incorporated already. There's also tons of things that many users have been voting on for years that haven't been implemented.

   Excellent, but 2 big dark points

   1/ Impossible to use a correct search bar, it simply don't exist 2/ Impossible to customize photos or color to show articles options. A square with a modulable size on which is possible to add the photo/symbol we want, it would be just perfect. Add these fonctions and I give you the 4 strars ;) To get the 5 stars it need : option to adapt at the sreen text on bars in % and every modules, and a more optimized "related products" with seo option maybe or directly the choice to link exact products to other exact products. Anyway thank you for the work :)

    Happy & Frustrated with mobile app.

    I'm very happy with my store design, marketing tools are great. However, my WIX app is not working. I wish i have more access to wix app from my iphone in order to process my orders faster. In addition, i keep getting bump from my website during midnight hours. Not sure why? maybe website gets updated, if so i would like to get friendly reminders regarding downtime. Thanks.

    I have nothing but great things to say about my website. I love it. But I just got an email saying I received an order from Sept 9th......! Now I did fulfill this order luckily I knew the person who placed the order, but now I'm a little worried if there are any orders out there that have been placed and not fulfilled. Glitch

    I am still new in exploring wix. May i know can you set so that when you select a color variation in the drop the list, can the picture on the left change to that selected product color image too? Also this will be clearer when checking out cart page showing the correct color product image on the left for each color selected.

    Good... but missing vital features.

    The app overall is good however its missing some important features that an online store needs. 1. To be able to filter on mobile view and have two products per line (not the standard one). 2. Wishlist 3. Related Products 4. Instead of clicking 'Load more' to view more items in a collection you should be able to click 'Next page' But apart from the above.. yes its a good app.

    After sale email

    I use Strip payments but when I get a sale the message from Stripe Metadata is full of code and not easy for me to read my customers details. I asked Stripe why this is and they said it is the information that Wix send them is like this.

    Wix will automatically generate an invoice when customer pays by credit card, but not when customer elects cash payment option. Please allow automatic invoice creation for cash payment purchases!!!

    Wish List

    Hey there, I am opening an online store - and I saw from a previous question that you were going to bring in a "Wish List" feature in the next coming months. However you wrote that 2 years ago. Also most online stores have a "Login" feature - also unavailable here. Both of these are a deal breaker for me whether or not to open my store on here or something like Squarespace.     Customer Account and Wishlist

    I am creating an online store and the only thing missing that will make it even better is having a customer account app with a wish list option. I'd like for my customers to be able to log in, track their orders and add items to their wish list to purchase later.

    Editable email needed as well as checkout product reviews

    the email that goes out after purchase needs to editable by us the store owner - the default settings are not acceptable to all stores (eg we don't want to provide a phone contact but you use a dummy number in the email I think?). Also, there are general review apps available (somewhat ok) - but they are not able to be item specific such as on each specific product page. These features are all available on Shopify - so if you want to be the best.......?

    "You just got an order" email notification

    Nice to get the notifications... I like to print them but you have so much junk in giant boxes in the email that it takes 2 pages to print. Lose the junk and big boxes please and just give us the details all on one page. In fact, printing any of the emails generated in this process - either ours or the ones the customer receives - generates 2 pages. We don't need giant fonts and large spaces on the pages... just the info. Make them all fit on one page.

       Thank you for your feedback. We recommend you print the orders via the store manager instead of printing the mail. the layout of the order form is much more printer-friendly.     I love this app by six but it could be better by having categories & log in & sign up button & also a wishlist???!!! Can there also be more layout galleries for this like what they did in wix pro gallery!!! It has more layout you will enjoy!!!

    Smooth and slick, but lacks in basic functions

    I love Wix Stores, it's so easy to use and the product pages look very professional but the store is lacking so many basic functions. 1. You NEED sort/refine/filter options with products! If you're a site that sells a lot of products, like myself. People don't want to be scrolling and scrolling without being able to filter products by colour/size/price etc. They will probably just go elsewhere, which is the case most times. 2. Customer accounts - people need to be able to see what they bought as well as viewing order history, delivery info/tracking info. These simple features create trust with the customer. 3. Bulk loading products should be an option. We have all of our product information on spreadsheets but we have to spend days and days uploading each individual product. We are a site that needs lots of products on our site but because we lack in these features, our store has to suffer from it. Meaning competitors get one over on us.

    Checkout. Services. Digital products. Email verification. One click sale.

    We live in a world when the checkout is critical. People sell services and digital products. We urgently need a simplified checkout process. Why would people want to fill their address if what they need is email verification. that would be tremendous in-roads. towards its usability. Only a pair lines of code and check boxes. And sometimes we need straightforward sales without adding the product to the cart. Email verification and card processing window. Apple pay and so one. Stripe has it all. Why not add?

    Easy to use and fiendly. But, how to make more than 1 one apply promo code button?

    Its a friendly stores. But, its better to have some additional elements like "wishlist" and additional button for apply promo code at the lower portion of shopping cart page.

    I like it

    I like it but I want to know why there is not a box for the customer to input their STATE when they checkout?? There is a box for COUNTRY and it is already filled in with UNITED STATES MINOR OUTLYING ISLANDS???????? Why is this? Am I missing something? Can someone contact me and get this remedied- I need the customers state so I know where to ship to.

       Hi, Thank you for your feedback! Of course your customers can input their state in checkout. It all depends how you set up your shipping rules in the store manager. I can see you defined shipping only for one specific destination, and this is why the only option is UNITED STATES MINOR OUTLYING ISLANDS in the checkout. If you are interested in selling across the United States, just choose this option in the destination field.
