Wix Stores

It has been almost perfect for our store.

We have a store selling digital products via Wix Stores and its worked really well apart from two challenges (which we solved with Customer Download Hub). The product pages and checkout functionality has been fine along with the Avalara integration. 1. It doesn't allow sending of product updates/new versions to customers. 2. Download links expire after 30-days. I solved this with the Customer Download Hub which is available from the App Marketplace. It also avoided us needing an external solution like SendOwl or Gumroad. https://www.wix.com/app-market/web-solution/customer-download-hub

It likely lacks the customization you will be looking for. They appear to have added a feature I was requesting, but I was unaware. So, I updated my rating. One feature I need is being able to access the store CMS so I can add my own "Preview" buttons to allow customers to see the sheet music and listen to a full performance before adding to cart.

Almost perfect + feature suggestions

Please allow us to change the way the product images are displayed. Currently, there are only dots indicating there are more images -- which most customers will not see. What I am suggesting is that additional images are shown as thumbnails beneath the main product image instead of simple circles. Another suggestion: Allow us to separate the new reviews widget so we can place the reviews in another part of the page instead of forcing us to keep the reviews beneath the product.

Almost there!

Works really well, but as a developer we need more versatility and customization. I also enjoy the SPI but if you could make the shopping cart, and the product pages like wixForms with independent elements that we can move, show, change design and add.

I think it is fairly good for those getting lots of products out. Also loading issue tip at end!

Note: I wix site with the business plan. It is not too customizable for individual pages, but if you are getting a lot of similar products out it works well. It has a clean feel as well. It has no built in spell check for product writing, so write your descriptions in another program and copy paste them into the product description. I do think it took a lot of work hours out of the process of having to make individual pages. So, I am grateful for that. Overall, I am content. Tip: Here is an issue I ran into: I had a comma in my categories, such as "Tomato, Green." The product gallery would not load after using the filter for "Tomato, Green." However, I did not have a problem if the Category was "Flowers" or "Tomato (Green). Just a tip in case you run into the same problem. Commas don't work in categories.

They need a way to attach Products to Reviews

When you create the US a Region - you can only choose 1 shipping rule - this means all your Products have to ship under 1 shipping rule. If you plan on shipping for more than 1 party, then you will have different rules on shipping.

Solid app for simple stores

I really enjoy everything about Wix. I would like to see this store handle imported products more easily for larger product groups. Overall I'm happy with what we have and Wix seems to improve over time.

Nice and useful but...

I really like this app, but the thing that I really need is to be able to add a text (description), under the product title, next to the picture. Is it possible to work on that? Thank you

Great Way to Start and Online Store

Wix Stores is super simple to use and is really powerful. We have used it for over a year and have not had many problems. Only one thing that could help is integration with more companies and shipping providers. We use UPS to ship our products, and because Wix does not yet have UPS shipping integration we have to set pricing manually. Another thing that could really improve Wix Stores is Apple Pay through Wix Payments. They do technically have Apple Pay already, but it does not work with Apple Cash cards. Overall, we really like Wix Stores! It has really helped grow our business.

Everything works great; there's only one thing I need this Store to have and it's the option that allows me to add third party API of delivery company (carrier) to delivery options.

disable option couponcode and notes in wix app

How can you disable the option of "couponcodes" and "notes" in the app spaces by wix. I only can checkout this in the settings of the page cart on the website but not in the wix app. Is there a solution for this?

Overall Good, but needs some features added

Could definitely use a way to create SKUs and Barcodes (similar to competitors offer with upgraded membership) as well as be able to print them on either rolled format or sheet printers. There are some smaller tweaks I would make, but overall, I'm happy up to this point. Time will tell.

Weight Range

I have been happy with Wix so far, but how hard can it be to add more weight range columns in the shipping option "rate by weight". There are only 10 columns available, would be nice to see more.

Nearly there but can be just perfect

if someone selling few products then it Wix store may be useful a lot. I personally almost everything about Wix store except one I cannot edit multiple product at the same time like I have more than 5000 product but I can list it all on Wix store as I need to make one change in all it'll take months to make that little change by editing every single individual and cannot edit all at once. I really like Wix store but for the product management if I could get something like Vera (https://app.getvela.com/auth/sign-in), I would say lot more people will start using Wix. Hope to get get something where I can edit all my product at once soon, otherwise I'll ending up changing platform for my website which I would personally won't like but will have no option :( Thank you

Nice app, but lacking some features.

So far we have not had any issues with the Wix Stores app. They continue to add features, but as of yet still do not have a way to bundle individual products while keeping track of each individual products inventory. Customizing the store is easy and they offer many options, but still limited to other online store features I have seen.

Pretty good

I've used Wix Stores on 3-4 different websites and considering how simple and cost effective it is, I would say it's excellent. The lack of 5 star is due to the inflexibility of the shipping methods.

Works fine

The store works just fine but it doesn't have many options in terms of designs and styles, so it looks very basic online.

Please. please make it possible to randomize the Wix shop. I don't really want to see the order in which I uploaded my products. Give us a chance to randomize the collections (or All Products). It takes forever to move things in the collection around randomly. There should be a button or an option for the store to show products randomly or in order of upload. Please and Thank You!

O site é ótimo! Mas alguns clientes tem reclamado que não estão conseguindo acessar o meu site, dizem que aparece a mensagem de indisponível.

he intentado muchas formas de como enlazar payu, para pagos con tarjetas y luego que ingreso las credenciales, la pagina, a la hora de realizar pagos dice error, error , y error, por eso me a tocado hacer pagos manualmente , del resto todo ha estado muy bien

Slow speed in the website editor

Need to improve the speed of the website editor urgently. We lost a lot of time due to instability in speed, which fluctuates between slow and super slow, with some commands not working.

MELHORAR MODO DE FILTRO PARA VERSÃO MOBILE

O app é excelente, não tinha do que reclamar, até que coloquei filtro para as pessoas encontrarem os meus produtos mais facilmente, mas o filtro simplesmente não funciona na versão Mobile, ele aparece na pagina, mas só fica la, estatico, não da para clicar e nem mexer nele.

Sketchbook Blossoms

The workshop is interesting, I'm learning so much about relaxing while I try and draw. She makes every step easy to follow. The class is definitely for more seasoned drawers and sketchbook devotees, but it looks like I'll be one soon, you know, a seasoned drawer that likes drawing in a sketchbook. I think it will make painting easier too. I recommend the class for anyone who wants to learn and those who want to learn more. -Tammy Jane Goldsmith

Works Pretty Well

The app works pretty well. The only issue I have is that my customers cannot add a shipping address that is different from their billing address for the subscription plans I offer. Are there any plans to make that a feature with the "plans"?

Savner muligheten til at en kampanjekode kan dekke hele beløpet, og ikke kun et spesifikt produkt. Det skulle også vært mulighet at alle medlemmer får et avslag når de logger seg inn og benytter nettbutikken. En til fin funksjon hadde vært om kundene kunne benyttet flere enn kun én rabattkode. Adressefeltet i utsjekken passer ikke helt med den norske standarden. Det skulle også vært en mulighet til å kunne scanne alle varer som kommer inn slik at de automatisk blir lagt til i lageroversikten, eller at det var en liste man kunne ha skrevet det inn i, i stedet for å gå inn på hvert enkelt produkt. Ellers er jeg veldig fornøyd!

love the site and setup so easy to use it's amazing BUT

Only took a few days to make an amazing site but the lack of any real support is a big let down. Also the mobile web side has a strange bug so the header freezes in place for quite a while and when you scroll down it is still frozen in place over the rest of the page which doesn't look good when 90% of customers are on mobile. Nothing i do will stop this issue happening? can't find any support on this at all. Due to this only 4 stars
