Store not working

Customers tell me they cannot order from my store. What is happening with WIX?

Worst Customer Support Ever!!!

Spoke with an Ericka (not sure it's her real name), she didn't answer my questions and ended our chat mid conversation. I volunteered to rate my interaction with her, but magically, the rating page never loaded. This is irresponsible and so unprofessional.

Shitty site builder

Can't add a product on the site menu and can't link any page to the products.... On preview the store page is lost somewhere and it does some stupid shit... so disappointed with WiX

Not very good.

I'm not selling downloads, I'm not selling physical items. And Wix has no app to support it. Very frustrating.

Feature suggestion

Maybe this is not related to this, but you have removed the option to suggest features from the discover page. I would like Wix to add the option to limit visits to a page of my choice on the site, so that users can be restricted to entering it, for example, only 3 times a day, and after that, they will not be able to visit the page again until the next day. This would be useful for services that want to limit access to pages on the website to a certain number of times a day for site users. It's surprising that you haven't done this until now. This basic business solution is missing here.

Ojo gente esta app no sirve para productos en México porque en sección de precios no se respeta a coma y el punto decimal cuando son productos de más de 10,000 pesos

Can't you display the product photos in full on the product page? It's very inconvenient to click on the product photo thumbnail to view it. Please leave the current product photos and thumbnails as they are and provide an option to scroll down to view the product photos.

Geweldige website/shop, zeer gebruiksvriendelijk.

Ik gebruik de wix webshop nu voor bijna 5 jaar en heb absoluut geen op of aanmerkingen. De rede dat ik voor Wix heb gekozen is omdat mijn website volledig in het Noors is en Wix bijna 1 van de enige is die dit ondersteunt, zelfs met de Noorse betaalmethode (Klarna, Stripe en Vipps) en de btw van 25%, de afhandeling met de vervoerder UPS, moet helaas handmatig ingevoerd worden (wat dan nog wel wat tijd kost), maar dat is dan ook het enige minpuntje. De koppelingen met Facebook en Instagram gaat super makkelijk, waardoor je ook zeker meer verkoopt, Google ads is best prijzig, maar ook deze app is beschikbaar en kan gelijk op artikel niveau ingeregeld worden. prima app maar is het mogelijk dat klanten alle betaalmogelijkheden zien. Nu haken veel klanten af omdat ze denken dat je alleen met paypal of credit card kunt betalen. Door simpel de tekens van ideal en bancontact eronder te zetten, krijg je meer bestellingen.

Very slow on mobile site

my genuine review is that this is the worst thing i can experience on wix. i am selling on wix but it can not even response in mobile site. after 5 to 10 times refresh then open product detail on 5g network! now think how much it would be slow!. even i touch on "add to cart" it takes half minute to just open the cart. seriusly!

Deleting the app and reinstalling three times fixed my issues. I developed new issues each time I reinstalled until it began working properly. So long as it continues to work the rating will remain 5/5, the previous rating was 1/5. Below is the original issue and my experience. Category pages all link to 404 missing error landings. Able to create the store, pages exist in editor, able to add products and create categories and see the default link set in SEO. On the live site it leads to a 404 Page not found error. Contacted customer support and they simply had me walk through all of the steps I had already tried, huge waste of time. I will attempt to remove the App and reinstall.
