About this App
Tradespeople and clinics have the credentials that close the sale and nowhere tidy to put them. The licence number ends up in the footer. The insurance is a sentence halfway down the About page. The guarantee is in a PDF nobody opens. Trust Badges puts them in a row where they are read — near the price, near the form, near the call button. Add the widget, pick a credential type, and write it in your own words. Add a verification link where you have one, choose a size and your colours, and that is the setup. The expiry date is the point. Put in the date a licence, policy or membership runs out: the panel warns you 45 days ahead, and if the day passes anyway the badge comes off your live site by itself. An out-of-date insurance badge is a claim about cover you no longer hold, on your own website, in your name. What it does not do: it verifies nothing. We cannot check your licence and do not pretend to: the wording is yours and so is the honesty, so there is no "100% satisfaction guaranteed" badge on offer. No scheme logos or association marks are supplied, nothing of ours appears on your published page, and the free plan publishes three badges per page, not per site.
What the listing highlights
- The credentials that win the job — licence number, cover, years trading, guarantee
- Expiry dates that mean something: a lapsed badge comes off your site by itself
- Link a badge to where it can be checked — a public register or member lookup
- Reads properly on a phone and in a screen reader — a real list with real links
