Truly the worst

This has truly just been an expensive experiment. There is so little oversight by Adscale that I could just use any other unmonitored app and get better results. Really unfortunate as I was hopeful for a better outcome!

Great AI Advertising platform

We gave it a try, and we really like it. We encountered some technical challenges initially when setting up and customizing our campaigns, but the support team—especially Nicole—was outstanding. Thanks to her support, we quickly got everything running smoothly. Once set up, the software proved to be incredibly easy to use, fast, convenient, and great for optimizations. Overall, we’re very pleased with it!

Amazing app that gives you all the AI you need to run efficient marketing campaigns. Rafael from the Onboarding team is incredible. You will not find a better app to integrate with your shop. ChatGPT ad text works great as well

I added this app to our website and the application does not integrate well with wix. I would not recommend trying this out its not worth loosing almost £100.00.

Depuis que j'ai installé, paramétré et payé le premier mois, je n'ai plus du tout accès à cette application et pourtant j'ai bien été crédité de la première mensualité ! Et depuis, je relance en vain l'assistance par mail mais à ce jour toujours aucun réponse ! Il est très rare que je mette une mauvaise note à un site ou une application mais là c'est vraiment n'importe quoi. Allo le SAV ?????

It has been a week now with no activity on account, tried to contact them and asked for a refund as i was not happy they not reply. They are scammers taken my £80+ this app should be removed from wix. Avoid at all costs.

It's sad that they don't offer a trial on Wix to see if it works for you and you have to pay for it just to realise the Wix and Google information& advertising directly is quite good; so why pay this extra money monthly? Wish I could get a refund but probably that si not possible, although it was cancelled right away. I don't think that is fair! and I am surprised Wix still has it on. Would not recommend it; waste of money!

Scam!

I would give 0 star if I could. After paying for more than $120(AUS), they have done nothing! It's been nearly 3 weeks now. I have asked them to get Google shopping ads up and running(no facebook ads) only google shopping, they have accessed my google ads account and made a campaign with no products in them. Asked them to get my ads runnning, no straight forward answer from them, another week has passed, and same. So asked them again why isn't my ads isn't running, no answer from them. Campaign is live, without any products in them!!! Who can not make a campaign without any products? The reason for paying for is to get a professional shopping ads done by the professionals, now they messed up my google ads account, took my money, wasted 3 weeks. Trust me and never use this app. It's unbelievable what you get for your hard earned money.

We are using this app since nearly 2 years and I must say we are truly happy with it. Whenever you are in doubt, customers service experts are always willing to assist and guide you accordingly in such way that you can take the right decision. People such Rafael, Amit, Yuval, Nadav, Anna, Frank etc. makes the difference. Very committed and always willing to assist. We started from scratch using this app. That was the point when we have started our very first ads. Now, after two years, we are still convinced that we have made the right choice. Great teamwork and great features that allows you to have good performances and thus a very good ROAS.

Worse Experience

Things were going well initially until the Agent (Frank) who was assisting setting up my ad campaigns managed to get my Facebook Business Ad account suspended and my Google Business Ad account suspended. I mentioned this to him and his solution was to create a new account which I did...it got suspended as well. Now, I can't run any ads. Useless...horrible service.

AHORA SIMPLEMENTE QUIERO DAR DE BAJA MI CUENTA. y no me deja hasta que no cree una cuenta FATAL La agregue por que pense que era un complemento para mi pagina WIX para ayudar a encontrar mis productos de Shopping. WIX debería quitar esto de su Market

I do not recommend this app. These people do not e-mail you back, the app its self does not work yet you get charged $99/month for this uselessness.

takes your money and gives nothing

after 4 weeks, no sales and google shopping adds are still in review spent $500 received $0 i was getting sales when i self managed it and now nothing, i have a outdoor camping gear store, ADSCAM has changed all my keywords to home security systems and home security cameras, keywords for my biggest selling items have been put on a negative list, costing me $3 per click, Then put all the blame on me, have now changed to KliKEN and now back to making sales with great results, Wix needs to REMOVE ADSCAM AS SOON AS POSIBLE

Dont Waste Money

I switched from doing it myself to these guys, I switched because i couldnt be bothered with uploading a new feed for every new product and thought a Professional company would do it better and faster. Well how wrong was i, These guys cant even get google shopping past the review stage but happily take the monthly prescription cost. Spoken to customer services that always seem to be set on Away or takes a very long time to respond and when they do respond the respond with no relivent information relating to the problem, all you get is that we will re submit to google. Save money, save hassle and watch a few youlube videos and do yourself

Tech good, Customer Service is Poor, Value not Clear

We had an established google marketing campaign but decided to move to adscale because of the automatic feed syncing your products to google merchant. The set up is simple enough and we have been running the campaign for two months now, the results have been hit and miss, some good ROAS but nothing amazing compared to what we could achieve ourselves and one weekend our campaign stopped completely and we had no feedback why even after asking several times. The customer service is pretty poor, we will likely cancel and take control again of our own campaigns again. I would be very careful about moving to adscale unless they focus on customer service and onboarding properly - assume you are on your own as you will not really understand what they are doing you will just be told its optimised or an analyst is looking at it. It's a real shame the technology looks good, simple to understand and does connect your site to google like a dream but the client relationship work needs shaking up with the high fees and its such a critical part of your e-business you would be crazy to take a risk. We really wanted this to work better for us.

Zero Conversions

I spent nearly $650 with this app and had no conversions as a result. Do Google Ads directly--Much more effective and honest service! Also, the custom service team is pretty unprofessional, responding to emails in single sentences without capitalization or punctuation. I felt like I was bothering them for asking for help with their service and assistance in canceling and being reimbursed for unused charges.

Terrible Service and poor product

Whilst Google Shopping has huge potential, AdScale offers a black box solution with poor service. Insights are deliberately hidden to keep you on the platform and putting budget through there, instead of Google, and paying for the privilege. Waiting for Wix to integrate with Google directly to avoid what's been an utterly painful experience. Upon launch, 1st you have to set up a campaign with no real guidance. The contact was very unhelpful, never offering solutions or guidance and simply responding to why things were not happening with the view of 'well at least the search ads are running'. If i wanted to run search I'd just do through Google Ads without a subscription fee!! There are pretty much 0 insights or information you get from any sort of reporting, and you have pretty much no control over ad delivery beyond spend. I'd provide more info on this, but when asking about insights/reporting, questions were ignored, and it was simply stated that it's managed through AI based on your pages, with no guidance on how to improve visibility without hindering SEO. Just a couple of the various issues so far with it. Shall be cancelling the subscription asap.

NO SALES FROM THIS APP, AFTER PAYMENT TO APP CUSTOMER SERVICE GONE

Sorry, i had big hopes. First time you login the customer service is all over you, after your ads have been approved by google then the customer service is nowhere to be found, THEY HAD A VERY VISIBLE CHAT AND THEN AFTER THE ADS ARE APPROVED YOU DO NOT SEE THE CHAT ANYMORE. Then, i looked for the "help" button AND I WROTE THEM 3 TIMES, i didn't get any reply. MY 3RD TRY WAS VIA WIX, ON THE APP, WIX GIVES YOU A CONTACT FOR ADSCALE VIA EMAIL, I TRIED IT AND THAT EMAIL IS NOT EXISTING. eventually i had to cancel because the whole point of advertising with google shopping is to GET SALES, there were NO SALES for 1 whole month while i have spent all together $400 AND DIDN'T GET EVEN ONE CENT IN SALES FROM THIS APP. My products are skincare products which usually sale everywhere else i sell them on, so sorry, for me it is not looking as a worthwhile service.

Wonderful !

I've used Adscale on another platform and also on Wix and it seems to work really well for Google. It usually takes a few days for stuff to really kick in but once it is set up and configured it gives amazing results.

A Scam

I'm not sure why Wix would even offer this. They don't pay you until the ad's hit a specific large amount and it all has to be earned in 30 days. A FREE way for google to use your website and not offer you anything.

Doesn't work

I bought the app over 2 weeks ago, because I'm not good with ADs and the description says clearly it would have helped me, creating campaigns. App doesn't run as Google says there are missing informations on my site. To me it seems there are all, so I asked one admin, to tell me what is missing. No response yet. No ads are running and I'm also spending time in trying to solve the problem

You got to try it!

I heard a lot about the company and decided to give it a try. The team is very dedicated and gives a sense of desire to succeed together and create results! I loved the business model where both parties earn together. I have many years of experience in the field and I have always believed in one address that will give an advertising answer to all marketing channels.

TERRIBLE

When I purchased this app there were only 1 star reviews but they have since been removed for some reason. I purchased the app anyway out of desperation to boost my business and was just hopeful this would work. The app does not work at all with Wix. I have contacted the company via email numerous times and they are no help what so ever! I have asked for a refund as they have a 14 day trial and they will not reply to my email. Now when I click into the app it asks me to pay again and enter my credit card details. I have emailed them a copy of my invoice and asked how to recitify this, but I receive zero help! Please dont waste your money. Go to the google merchant centre and sign up yourself. Google can crawl your website and have all your products appear on google shopping and google ads.
